Vacation rentals with breakfast in Bergen County

Incredibly responsive host who anticipated our needs! the place was so comfortable and surprisingly spacious for the area., such a great deal for easy access to NYC. We'd also recommend Bagels on Park, a 5-ish minute walk away with a delightful owner and tasty cold brew coffee and bagel sandwiches.

Beautiful and a great host

Great host, very helpful and it was easy to check in. Ubers are pricey if you’re thinking about the commute to NYC. Other than that good stay!

Hosts were very responsive both before we got there and once we got there. The house is spacious, rhe kitchen and bathroom are brand new and the furniture is comfortable. Great huge TV. We went into the city each day and it took about 30 min. Great deal for NYC adjacent and the amount of space we got.

Nergis is a great host and was very friendly with my dog. She offered me coffee and tea. The room is spacious, although the bed is small (only big enough for one person). I was glad to have a small desk. I was happy to meet a cute dog and a friendly cat who were staying there.

I ended up enjoying a long Airbnb stay and both Lydia and Alicia were super kind and helpful. The area was also very nice and peaceful with easy commute options to NY. The place was kept clean all the time, and the hosts helped me as much as possible with a lot of my questions. Great conversations too!

Ohhhh where to start with our delightful stay at Anna’s!! First - she’s amazing, kind and so thoughtful! We felt right at home with her and it felt like family to me. This is the kind of host and place you want when doing Airbnb. So happy we will be staying with Anna again soon. It was a such a delight. Second: the bed. Omg so comfortable and snuggly. And the bathroom and bathtub - Ahmazing!! Third: Anna makes a really nice special oatmeal breakfast and she even had gluten free bread available. Super yum. And last but not least: It was truly a blessing to have found her. If you have the chance to enter Sergia’s orbit - take it! She is a gift of a host and a fantastic person. I loved staying here and feel like I’ve made a friend for life. The room is peaceful and lovely. The bed is so comfortable! She made delicious dishes and was always positive, supportive, kind, and friendly. I plan to stay here again and will miss her and her animal children (Ella, Gordito, and Munch) very much. See you at brunch soon!

It was really easy and smooth the whole check in process. The only thing is that the front desk receptionist ignored us for a while and was on her personal phone even though we were standing right in front of her. Someone else ended up coming and helping us check in but after that it was smooth sailing. When we checked out all we did was hand in our key and we left. Me and my husband will most definitely be coming back here more often whenever we need to stay in Jersey!

Very nice cozy place, nice neighborhood near branch brook park (the one with all the cherry blossoms in April). Inside of home is very nice and clean. Bathroom was great and tv in room was appreciated. Thanks!

From the moment we booked the Airbnb & arrived, to the moment we checked out and landed back at home, our hosts were excellent to us. Our hosts picked me and my mother up from Newark Airport and dropped us back off. Upon arrival of the Airbnb, we were given a tour of their beautiful home. The hosts gave us tips to get around the city, an endless list of things to do and showed us where the 6 train station was, which was only a couple minute walk. My mother and I went for the Puerto Rican Day Parade 🇵🇷 and for the festival, and our hosts gave us tips when/how to get there and other activities to do that were related. We absolutely loved our stay. They made us feel right at home and like family. They brought us sourdough bread, eggs, and oat milk the day of arrival; such a sweet couple! We felt safe even walking back late at night. To some it may be intimidating at first but we never had a bad experience! 10/10 experience. Had everything we needed & was sparkling clean! Will be bac

A cozy room with an amazing host, it was the last minute booking, but I am so thankful for such a good communication. The location is really good, becaue it is close to the city and once you go outside you can enjoy a beautiful view of the river and at night time it is even more magical!

We have been thinking, if we should pay a little more for this accomodation and now we are so happy that we did ! The room is very cozy and bed is comfy and big. You have TV in the room available. Area is calm and very nice. There are several bus stops nearby (max 10min by walk). But the best of it was the host Marlene. She is so kind and helpful and very caring. When she had time, she made us some breakfest in the morning. There were always some things to eat in the fridge. Also, when my girlfriend was sick, she helped us with everything in her free time. We really recommend, you should go with this airbnb! :) Do not think about anything else.

Great placeto stay for a short trip to NYC- Manhatten. Don't expect to be in the best neighborhood, but its safe. We walked several times during midnight. Conviniently located besided 116th street subway to catch the train to downtown Manhatten. Grocery stores and pharmacies around in case if anything is needed.

The scenery was breathtaking. Definitely enjoyed our stay. We plan on doing it again in the near future.

Taz was extremely punctual with her communication and also understood my late arrival and very early departure. This was a great find and I will use again depending on my travel needs.

a wonderful cabin with a great ambience and very welcoming hosts. the fire, record player, breakfasts, birds in the morning, and more all make for a perfect stay.

David is welcoming and helpful; this is a great place to stay if you are needing to be in the vicinity (for me, visiting elder and getting some work done during parts of days). The room is cozy and clean, comfortable bed and good desk -- along with bits of friendly conversation, it suited me well. I'll be checking availability next time I'm back in the area.

This is the 3rd time we've stayed here and, once again, was the perfect place to stay. Close to Seton Hall and our kid's home but far enough away you don't have to deal with college kids craziness. Art and Libby were extremely accommodating, to the point that we were able to have an extra car on the property filled with our kid's belongings for the final move out

As someone not from the city it felt tight, especially the bathroom. Showering was a challenge, as it was hard to find a spot to put my clothes and items. However the staff was very understanding and flexible, and the price was awesome for the area. I had a nice trip :)

I was lucky enough to get a room here last minute and even more lucky to get the Amazon room. Super cosy. Main light brightens the room tremendously with pure bright white light. Also lamp with dimmer by the bed with usb ports was convenient and a nice touch. Love the blackout shades, got some really good sleep. The bed was very was heavenly and very big. The smart TV was exception quality also very big and seemed more so than the pics. Great space to move around in, lovely welcoming gifts. The continental breakfast was better than most hotels. I wanted to toast my cinnamon raisin bagel, I used the air fryer and forgot I had a toaster in the room😆 My only complaint is that it wasn’t available for more days after, really enjoyed my night there. Also the hosts were very responsive and quick to message me back everything I asked, so accommodating. Close distance to trains.

Ms King’s home was such a delight. The views a gorgeous, the wildlife very plentiful, and the home is pristine. I wish I had more time to enjoy time with the house, nature, and the host, Bien, who was so friendly. You can tell she loves the property, the animals, and servicing her guests to the best. When I’m back in town, I’ll be checking to see if there’s availability at Ms King’s home. The only place I want to stay at in Rockland Lake.

Ann and Allen are wonderful. Very attentive and well prepared. The accommodation is very nice, quiet, tastefully decorated and with details that make it unique. The bedding is top quality. In the morning they offer a complimentary breakfast, with delicious bagels. The experience was excellent, not only because of the quality of the accommodation but also because of the warmth of the hosts. We felt at home. Thank you Ann and Allen!!
