Beach, downtown, restaurants, station and ferries are a short distance away. Unique place to spend mornings to drink coffee and evenings while sipping a local wine, watching sunrise and sunset in the first row!🌅🍷 I hope it brings luck to couples as it did to my grandparents.🥰 *If you are more than 2 people, we recommend the apartment to families!There is little privacy.

The place fully met our expectations. What we particularly liked was the location, right in the historic town center. The apartment is lovingly and fully furnished with lots of details. Rossana welcomed us very warmly and personally and you had the feeling of coming to friends. You can tell that she cares a lot about making sure guests feel completely comfortable. The apartment exceeded our expectations beginning with the warm welcome in the parking garage by Gianluca who helped us park and who carried our bags up the two flights of steep stairs. It was a great surprise when we arrived to receive a bottle of local wine and an appetizer of focaccia and pesto as a welcome gift to celebrate our 20th anniversary! We felt right at home in the beautifully renovated apartment in the center of PV with an incredible water and harbor view. Gianluca answered all our questions quickly. He even replaced our iron with a brand new one when I mentioned ours didn’t work. After 10 nights in PortoVenere we hated to leave! We will be back!

Location, location, location! If you’re looking for a secluded, peaceful spot that’s still within walking distance to restaurants and beaches, this place is perfect. Virginia was a wonderful host—super responsive and thoughtful. She even got us a parking pass for our car, which was a huge help. The view is stunning, and the area is quiet with plenty of shade, plus a sunny area below if you want to soak up the sun. The full kitchen was a great bonus. The town itself is charming—quiet with lots of great restaurants. And the beach? Amazing. When you walk down from the house, head left of the port where the boats come in—that stretch is all soft sand with no rocks in the water. Highly recommend this stay!

This is probably the best AirB&B we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was beautiful, well laid out, thoughtful to what guests need. The hosts were exceptionally helpful and responsive to any needs. And it is an absolutely spectacular setting. The patio overhangs the cliffs down to the sea. It has a beautiful view of Manarola. It was so relaxing to have a glass of wine on the patio watching the sunset. The most amazing place.

The highlight of the accommodation is the enchanting view it offers, unique as few in the area. The studio apartment has a kitchen in excellent condition and equipped with the necessary, microwave, Lavazza coffee machine with pods, comfortable sofa bed, and TV with services. Very clean with a good level of general comfort. Please note, however, that the reserved parking space is located at the level of the SS Aurelia. The apartment, on the other hand, is subject to several tens of meters of elevation difference. You have to consider that there will be a good number of steps to face. The descent by car is possible, but the road, due to its size and winding nature, requires special attention and skill. Giancarlo is an affable, understanding, and helpful person, like few of the hosts I've met so far. It will make you feel at home and pampered. I'll definitely be back soon!

The apartment was very nice, myself especially apreciate the good seating arrangement, and the good bed, but also the garden, kitchen and location was very good, it was all good actually, and we had a great time in beautifull Lucca. And thanks to Manuel who did a great Job to accomodate us when we arrived, and also checked in on us to make sure we were okay
