Geeat place to stay! Quiet, safe. Close to the Metro. Great pizza around the corner! Manuel met us in person. Gave some local recommendations! Very responsive and friendly.

Very nice mini suite in a good central location. The center can be reached very quickly and easily by subway. The amenities, hygiene and kitchen are at a high level. Just around the corner is a supermarket, several restaurants and bakeries. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating and respond very quickly to questions. Only an indication of the effective living space would be desirable, as the suite looks much larger in the photos. Ultimately, we highly recommend the suite for 2-5 nights.

The stay was pleasant, especially for the comfort of the apartment and the area that is well served both from the point of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and for the ease of reaching the center with the M4 in 10/15 minutes and Linate airport always 10/15 minutes. Matteo's availability, appointed by Carmela for check-in/check-out, is very important, and I thank him for his kindness. Highly recommended.

Super helpful and clear communication. The Airbnb is exactly as shown, beautiful view from the balcony. Location is secluded however and hard to reach places unless you have hired a car. So just a tip for future visitors- hire a car :)

Very nice place in Cologno Menzese. Communication is very good, location also, next to a lot of cafes, in the city center restaurants. The owner is very helpful and communicative. I spent 10 nights in the apartment, everything was great (there is a washing machine, iron, full kitchen equipment). I am very happy with my stay, when I return to Cologno Menzese I will also want to return to this apartment. Recommended!

We had a truly wonderful stay at 12 Giuseppe Compagnoni in Milan. The location was amazing — in a quiet, elegant neighborhood but still close to everything. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed. It was very comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. Davide, the manager, welcomed us warmly, showed us around, and made sure we felt at home right away. Overall, a fantastic experience — we would absolutely return and highly recommend it!

Davide was an amazing host, super fast responsive and with a very professional attitude. He send us very clear instructions for the check-in and the check-in was very easy. His place was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The parking space also super convenient for our car and the bikes we carried in order to explore the surroundings. Great place to stay. The place is equipped with all the amenities, nice kitchen, good size toilet and comfortable sleeping place. Got nice terrace to have a meal or drink. Tiziana is a very good host. Location is near to tram as described. Near to a lot of supermarkets and shops.

The apartment is excellent for getting to know Milan since it is only a few stations from the center by subway, the area is beautiful and accessible. Alex was an excellent host, he was attentive to everything and gave us recommendations, and he was also very kind. The apartment has everything you need and is very nice. I totally recommend it

It was easy to get to, good location near supermarket and metro that takes you to any area of Milan. Host was approachable if we had any questions, we will definitely come back.

What can I say? A very nice apartment, a host always responsive to messages sent, a question = an answer! Perfect! Not many restaurants around (within walking distance, I mean) but it's not something I had looked at beforehand. I needed accommodation halfway between the center of Milan and the QC spa, hence my choice for this accommodation! Everything was perfect, thank you again!

Angelo is very friendly, helpful and attentive. the apartment is cute and a nice place to stay, well positioned to be both peaceful and close to lots of nice restaurants and the lovely canal. my stay was great. A note to travellers with limited internet connectivity: when I initially checked in I was meant to use a web page for part of the process but my phone was having a hard time loading it because of my cellular network, but Angelo responded immediately to a message about this and was prepared to help me get in another way. So, if you have a similar situation you can rely on him to help you.

It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and thoughtful. The accommodation is beautiful - the fantastic view is the absolute highlight. The rooms are super divided & the house is very charming. Would book again immediately! Only the parking situation is a bit difficult. It's not easy to find a parking spot.

Absolutely stunning lake views. Beautiful home. Pictures on the listing are very accurate. Amazing host, very responsive and accommodating. We liked being up high above the water and also the location felt close to everything. Some nice restaurant options down the hill and many more ten minutes drive. We rented a boat in Dongo on the owner’s recommendation and had a great half day experience. The glass enclosed living room up the hill is magical in the morning and creates nice additional space to spread out if you come with all the kids. We will be back for sure.

Wonderful apartment in Colonno!! I recommend renting a car since it is far from downtown Como and the bus only runs on the weekend, but the view is worth it! Our local contact Cinzia was extremely helpful, friendly and provided lots of great local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

Michele was a great host, communicated with us about how to get to Bellagio, left a nice basket with food and drunks for us, and even picked us up with his car when it was pouring rain and we were far from the Airbnb. All around a very hospitable and nice person. The house was incredible, and we got to enjoy the pool. Thank you so much for everything!
