Incredible views. Highly recommend renting a scooter to make commute up and down the hill much easier. 10/10 would stay here again.

This apartment is so big, you feel like you’re in a pent house suite. We loved this place. We were able to cook some meals in the kitchen, the deck is beautiful. We were nervous about the drive and parking. Parking was fine, no issues. Yes it is a tight squeeze - but it’s Italy, driving in general is a tight squeeze. It’s easier than other reviews have made out to be. The accomodation is further up the hill and back from the town. The drive takes about 13 minutes. Not a scary drive, just a slow one with so many turns. We loved the location as it was already so busy in town that we felt like we got to escape the crowds. You would want a car here for sure. You can’t walk down to the town. And parking and driving around was easy, not as busy as you think it would be because everyone is taking ferry’s not driving. So we were able to drive down and park and go for dinner or breakfast easily. Highly recommend this place.

Our absolutely favourite stay in Italy! Just loved the apartment and the surrounding gardens. Marzia was very welcoming and on arrival and gave us a grand tour of the total complex and gardens (which were absolutely stunning!!) The apartment was lovely, and very comfortable, and having an outdoor patio was definitely a bonus! It was very private and relaxing, but only a 20 minute walk into Bellagio tourist area There was a supermarket, and some lovely restaurants close by. Both Marzia and Lorenzo were great to liaize with and we loved our stay with them so much, that we are definitely returning next year

Serdecznie polecam to miejsce, byliśmy tam zaledwie kilka dni, a czuliśmy się bardzo komfortowo. Piękna okolica tuż przy starym mieście. Super połączenie komunikacyjne oraz baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Bergamo.

Wszystko się zgadza, gospodarz zawsze odpowiada szybko. Ładna okolica na krótki wypoczynek.

Great apartment in Bergamo’s città bassa. Really clean, everything was brand spanking new. Really close to the Coop supermarket, a nice sushi restaurant and a nice pizzeria (kindness I think). We ate out most evenings but cooked one evening and the cooker was good. Good dishwasher too. Everything was great, apartment was quiet. Only thing I couldn’t get to grips with was the lock on the front door. It opens with an app and we never managed to open it first time. But apart from that, it was a great find and I’d recommend it to others.

Simona’s place was FABULOUS. The location was great for walking to parks, transportation stops and areas of interest. The apartment was better than we hoped with lovely kitchen set up & snacks. The shower was great, and we used the washer after looking up the pdf for instruction on internet. Thanks to the floor fan we were comfortable with the open windows during a little hotter than expected weather. Simona was quick to ensure our arrival went smoothly and had lots of reading for us as tourists. All the stars for Simona’s place and we hope to return.

Federico's apartment is in a perfect location in Bergamo - right beside great restaurants and many nice bars. It was wonderful to have such a beautiful sunny terrace. The apartment itself is a little smaller and darker than the photos suggest but it's still very comfortable and great value. I would stay here again.

Ich habe selten eine so luxuriöse, saubere und perfekt gepflegte Unterkunft erlebt wie bei Massimo. Schon beim Betreten spürt man, mit wie viel Liebe zum Detail alles eingerichtet wurde – stilvoll, hochwertig und unglaublich gemütlich. Alles war blitzsauber, ordentlich und genau so, wie auf den Bildern – wenn nicht sogar besser! Die Privatsphäre wird absolut respektiert, und trotzdem ist Massimo jederzeit erreichbar und ein großartiger Gastgeber: herzlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Es war ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen, Abschalten und Genießen. Ich finde kaum Worte, um auszudrücken, wie begeistert ich bin – hier stimmt einfach alles. Für mich war es nicht nur ein Aufenthalt, sondern ein echtes Erlebnis. Selbst fünf Sterne reichen kaum aus, um diese Unterkunft angemessen zu bewerten. Absolute Empfehlung – ich komme definitiv wieder!

This place is amazing! The quiet nights on the patio, or walking down to the lake to enjoy the lights in the castle with evening setting on Lake Como were so wonderfully relaxing. I would recommend to anyone wanting to escape the insanity of Varenna. Other pluses. Town parking pass for Dervio. Amazing breakfast waiting for the ferry there, full kitchen for spectacular sunset meals with the best view of the lake!

Comfortable and quiet accommodation with excellent host. Views are as pictures show and lovely to relax on small balcony. Having asthma and slight mobility problem I did struggle with the 10 minute walk, all uphill, from town to home. The only other route consisted of 97 uneven stairs, the middle section being unlit. The apartment is twenty stairs up with no handrail. Taxi fare at night was only 10 euros so not a major problem. Also the C30 bus passes at the top of the road.

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

Siamo tornati per la seconda volta in questo appartamento e confermiamo con piacere l’ottima impressione avuta in precedenza. L’alloggio è pulito, curato, accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. L’host Manuela è una persona amichevole, sempre disponibile, attenta e premurosa, qualità che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Ci siamo sentiti a casa: torneremmo volentieri una terza volta.

Avec tous les avis positifs, on se demande comment est-ce possible que ce soit aussi parfait. Et pourtant, le mot parfait n’est pas suffisant. Fabio est une personne en or: il m’a trouvé la meilleure option pour aller à Varenna comme il n’y avait plus de train; il m’a envoyé son chauffeur car nous avons loupés notre bus, il répond très rapidement. Pour un voyage, c’est très important car on peut se reposer dessus. Que dire de son appartement: la vue la plus belle du lac de Côme sûrement… Mille merci Monsieur Fabio

Ce séjour en famille s’est extrêmement bien passé ; nous nous sommes régalés dans le logement de Luca qui correspondait parfaitement à la description. L’atout charme : le spa et le jacuzzi avec une vue imprenable sur le lac 😍 Un grand merci aux co-hôtes Andrea et Carla pour leur gentillesse et leur réactivité dans les échanges avant, pendant et après notre séjour. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Great location for a family. Centrally located and great view about. Washer was great and the outdoor space allowed us to dry our clothes quickly. It was nice for everyone to have space to spread out.

Absolutely incredible place. We didn’t want to leave the apartment! The view is probably the best we have ever seen. Mattie and Els are great, the flat was clean. We cooked a couple nights and sat out on the balcony enjoying the view. There’s lots of information which will help. We were able to walk down to the town using their advice through a footpath and also the free bus service is extremely helpful, especially when you’ve had a couple bottles of wine! Would definitely recommend. Thank you Mattie and Els!

I would give this place ten stars if I could! The view is amazing. The place was just like the pictures and it was nice to have a little kitchenette. Gianluca was so kind and a great host! Definitely would recommend!
