The houses are located at the back of a residential plot with a secluded patio. This provides space for 4 guests and both houses are included in the rental. Located in a quiet and scenic area with walking distance to several swimming areas, paddle tennis, kayaking, shopping and the city center with its restaurants as well as Kalmar Castle. The proximity to Öland is a stone's throw away.

As a guest, you will have your own private entrance and access to your own patio with garden furniture, parking. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher. A total of 4 sleeping places, double bed and sofa bed in separate rooms. The accommodation is spacious with its 60 m2. In summertime, the space is cool and nice. Also to nice swimming areas and bird sanctuaries. Between the cottage and the sea, it is a walk of about 30-40 minutes and about 3 km. Perfect for a walk or jog. The cottage has a quiet and nice location with new outdoor furniture and sun loungers. A perfect place to explore Öland from. Here it is so soothing and relaxing. Warm welcome and feel at home.

Beautiful apartment located in Färjestaden, Öland. Fully equipped bathroom, complete kitchen with cutlery, glasses, crockery, pots, coffee maker, etc. HDTV, Apple TV for streaming. Three sleeping places, double bed, and sofa bed. Pool 5x10 meters. Pool maintenance on Wednesday, Saturday. Furnished terrace, sun loungers, gas grill, and outdoor furniture. Only renting guests are allowed to use/stay in the apartment, pool, and pool area. If these rules are not followed, eviction will occur.

Låna roddbåten för att testa de fina fiskevatten eller låna en cykel för att utforska närområdet. Vandra längs med Kalmarsundsleden och känn den småländska historien mellan stenmurar, hav och odlingslandskap. Soffa/dagbädd som dras ut till en dubbelsäng samt en loftsäng med stege. Sängplats till 3 men rekommenderas för 2. Ta med egna lakan eller hyr på plats.

Cozy cottage by the sea

Enjoy the sea and nature in our quiet little oasis. The cottage is located on Boholmarna, 15 minutes by car from central Kalmar. Here you have the cottage and the entire lake property to yourselves. There are many patios on the property and for bad weather there is also a glassed-in terrace. Take a dip at your own little beach or at one of the public swimming piers nearby. Or borrow two stand-up paddleboards and paddle around the islands. Sheets and towels are included.
