Unser 2023 saniertes Ferienapartment eignet sich hervorragend für Paare und Familien mit zwei Kindern. Es befindet sich in einer ruhigen Apartmentanlage in Sattendorf. Zur Anlage gehört ein eigener Seezugang mit großzügiger Liegefläche, Umkleiden, Duschen und WCs. Zur freien Nutzung ist ein Paddelboot für 2 Personen vorhanden. Das Apartment verfügt über eine vollständig eingerichtete Küche, Wohn- und Essbereich mit Balkon, ein Schlafzimmer (4 Personen), Foyer und Bad mit Dusche.

Small hut at the foot of the Nockberge, on the edge of the village of St. Margarethen and the stream of the same name, at approx. 1,100 meters above sea level! 6 km to Bad Kleinkirchheim, 12 km to Heidi Alm, 15 km to Turracher Höhe. Direct connection to hiking trails! Additional information: Self-catering hut - bed linen is available - you will have to bring linens and covers as well as towels. There is no final cleaning fee, so please leave the place swept clean!

Chalet "Hirschfisch" right next to the slopes

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiachersee can be reached in 25 minutes by car.In winter, you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski area. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is in 2 minutes walking distance. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

For your sole use, we offer our around 200 years old, core renovated cabin. Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.

The property consists of a pleasant 2-room apartment with its own kitchen, dining area, bathroom and balcony. The design is rural. A private oven which is operated with wood from the local forests completes the offer. The apartment is only 15 minutes away from the Gerlitzen ski resort. In 20 minutes you can reach the women's downhill skiing in the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski resort or the thermal spas of the surrounding area.
