A wonderful newly restored apartment where it feels like being on a ship. At the last floor of a typical Vernazza building, it consists of an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and laundry machine and sea view balcony. You can admire the sea from each window. The apartment is in the center near to beach, train station and walking paths. "IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.

Next to the house passes path 501 that leads directly to the 5 lands through the woods that fill the valley. It has a large terrace (over 16 square meters) that enjoys a magnificent panoramic view of the valley and from which you can admire exciting sunrises. Parking is private. A unique place to spend mornings drinking coffee and evenings sipping local wine, admiring the sunrise and sunset in the front row!🌅🍷 *If there are more than 2 of you, we recommend the apartment for families! There is little privacy.
