Fantastic Kentucky Lake Vacation

Enjoy all that Ky Lake area has to offer! Condo is located at Big Bear Resort. It has an open concept living area, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths & fully equipped kitchen. The living space extends to the deck, overlooking the lake, with additional seating & gas grill. There are queen beds in 2 of the bedrooms; 2 full beds in the third. Washer/dryer are available for your use. The condo is a one-floor unit, with 3 parking spaces (one at the front door; 2 in the rear). There are 3 stairs at the front.

Sole access to the living room, 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, game area with foosball and ping pong tables, and kitchenette. Located on 1 acre, so it’s private, but still in town. 5 miles to downtown and 3 miles to mall area. Screened in porch and fire pit area might be shared during summer months. POOL NOT AVAILABLE TO GUESTS!!!!!

Seclusion with the Lake a step away....

It is one bedroom apartment in the basement of our home, with no cleaning fee because we want you to treat it as you would your home. There is a separate entrance and access to 26 acres of hills and trees. We have two horses on the property and feed from anywhere 3 to 15 deer each evening. We are 4.2 miles from I-24 and 7 miles from Kentucky lake, Patti's, Turtle Bay and the marina. Full kitchen available and beautiful sunsets. It is beautiful, words cannot do it justice.

3 miles from I-24! Nice, clean, pet friendly, place to stay that is 10 minutes from Patti's 1880's Settlement, several marinas including Green Turtle Bay & Lighthouse Landing as well as both Kentucky Dam & Barkley Dam, and 25 minutes from Paducah KY. Land Between the Lakes is a short 15 minute drive. Fisherman, boaters, and hunters are welcome, plenty of parking and space to turn around to accommodate boat trailers. Conveniently located 3 miles from I-24 Exit 31.

The property is located on 20 acres of timber. Deer are regularly seen in the beautiful backyard. There is a grill on the patio that guests may use. It has central heat and air and ceiling fans. It is three miles from Kentucky Lake. There is no WiFi or cable, but we do supply dvds and VHS tapes.
