Nestled on over six well maintained acres this house is the perfect private location that is also very convenient to all local attractions such as the Biltmore House, Arboretum, Sierra Nevada Brewery and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The house features four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, full kitchen, wifi, washer and dryer and a private well with excellent water filtration system. There are three ponds and a creek on the property which entice local wild life. Deer, foxes & bear do visit.

Clean, comfortable and stylishly funky with all new beds and mattresses, wifi, roku TV, a lovely porch for sitting and even small fire pit in back.
