The "Le Confluent" apartment is located in the city center of Quimper on the second and top floor of a building with elevator access. Very quiet, bright, functional and comfortable, it allows you to relax or work in peace. It is close to all amenities (the halls are a 2-minute walk, bus stop at the foot of the building). The train station is a 15-minute walk from the apartment.

The apartment is small but well-equipped and functional. Its new sofa bed is comfortable and very easily convertible. The kitchen area has everything you need ( mini oven, microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, etc...). The apartment is located in a secure residence. He's not to be overlooked. It is located on the seafront, next to the thalasso, casino and cinema.
