Come in and feel good! The newly renovated apartment with terrace on the basement of a well-kept detached house is quietly located and only about an 8-minute walk from the S-Bahn station (S4). (2 stops PH Ludwigsburg and 27 minutes to Stuttgart Central Station). Living and bedroom are bright and spacious and are currently still furnished. In addition, the kitchen is under construction and will be complete by the end of 2025. The entrance is separate into a small hallway or wardrobe.

Das 1,5 Zimmer Apartment ist sehr ruhig und nah an Weinbergen und der Natur gelegen. Sehr schön für Spaziergänge oder zum Joggen. Dennoch ist Ludwigsburg in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und auch Stuttgart ist in 30 min zu erreichen.

This place is super easy to find and Hildegard was very friendly. For us, it was something completely new, because otherwise we book an Airbnb which we have completely to ourselves. The area is really very quiet and we heard from friends nearby that the area is safe and especially suitable for families. We appreciate this wonderful accommodation and would be happy to come back :)
