highly recommended place to stay in Baguio, its near burnham and public transportation, also near in some local stores like convenience stores especially 7/11, bakery, laundry shop and other more, ate Mila is very accommodating and helpful, the place is clean. we really enjoy our stay. ♥️

So far the best airbnb near Pacdal. I just want to commend how spacious the place is. So clean, so comfortable. We can’t stop saying wow. The best part is the host, Ms. Christine. She was so kind in accommodating us. She even granted my request which I don’t think a lot of host could grant. I love Ms. Christine. My family enjoyed the place so much. The best place I’ve stayed in Baguio. Easy to locate, felt secured all throughout my stay. Easy access to convenience store. Friendly guards. The place got everything that I needed. Will definitely book again when I get back! ❤️

Miss Julien is very responsive even late night if I have questions she answers it. Also, the place is very peaceful and room is very clean all the linen smells good. We enjoyed our stay there.

We had a very nice stay! Even though it’s not super lapit sa city, saglit lang yung ride so it’s good pa din. Very peaceful, super accommodating ni host kaya di ka mahihirapan. There’s an honesty store hihi. Also, very clean yung space, super homey. Malaki yung space talaga kaya nakakatuwa. May mga nearby store din like sari sari store and also meats kaya no need to go to the city para mag buy ng uulamin. All in all, this apartment was a great choice, thank you very much :)))

The place is neat and very convenient because it had all the necessary things that my family and I needed during our stay. The neighborhood was also peaceful. The host, Sir Judd, is warm and responsive. I appreciate him checking on us and our travels. Kuya Leo, the caretaker was also attentive and offered to help if ever we needed something. Overall, it was a really nice place to stay.

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay at this Airbnb in Baguio! The house was clean, spacious, and exactly as advertised—what you see is what you get. The cold weather added to the charm, and we loved that it was pet-friendly. It’s also conveniently close to Outlook Drive, where you can find great restaurants. While the road leading to the house was a bit bumpy, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Sir Alvin was very responsive to my questions, and Ate Ami was incredibly kind. Overall, it was a great stay! Highly recommended!

Our family had a great night staying at the place. The care taker is very accommodating and respectful. It felt like home, even without a/c there is electric fan for the kids and enjoyed the cold breeze. Place is big considering how playful the kids, still we don’t feel limited. Thank you and I recommend booking this home.

Well, unfortunately it was raining when we arrive so its not their fault that we encountered some issues. I've read the details they posted of the location and its already enough to find the exact house using Google Maps. The area has a stiff climb from where we came and has tight parking spot so its quite challenging so I cannot recommended this for guest with cars or with unexperienced drivers. Not sure if that parking was really meant for us but I'm glad we were able to use it so its quite convenient even when we arrive late at night from going around the city. We are not a "maarte" or picky family, as long as its safe and clean we are good to go. And this accommodation was already good enough for us, plus it has great view from the balcony where we used to eat and relax. Everything we need for a house are also provided so our stay really went well. The wifi is quite fast as well. Overall, this accommodation was great for us, a family with kids, and would love to come again.

My family enjoyed our stay. Huge place, plenty of activities for kids and best of all, we loved the city view! Will definitely recommend!

The place is very clean n arrange well. They have wifi and tv also kitchen stuff. Only thing they don’t provide the towels.. additional payment for the towels if you requested it. We accidentally broke one of the plate due to big space between the plate holder,, I just pay it because we’re the one who’s responsible for it. Over all our stay is very good.. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

Host went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. He was very responsive to our messages, entertained all our questions, and even let us check-in and out late. He greeted and chatted with us when we arrived despite it being a bit late and gave us a short orientation. When we accidentally left a container of meds after checkout, he coordinated with us to have it picked up at their place. The house was a short distance away from the main road and to get there you have to pass through a very steep and narrow road -- but I guess that's just how it is in Baguio. The place was spotless, very spacious for seven people, and only eight minutes away from the city center. Complete amenities from toiletries to kitchenware. He and his wife even delivered freshly laudered towels on our second night. Would book their place again when we go back to Baguio.

Awesome place to stay

To start with the good things, Koju Homestay was true to their advertising of having a Japanese style housing in a Baguio setting. The place was neat, spacious, and affordable. The downside about the stay was what other reviewers were saying about the broken elevator. The climb to the sixth floor carrying groceries isn’t convenient for vacation goers. The other minor bad side was locating the entrance building on Amistrad Road instead of Kennon Road. Getting pictures about the front gate or map overview might be useful. Overall, it was a relaxing stay. Jhomar was attentive and flexible. A good host to have.

Not a pro nor a critic but Marks place (Megatower 1) is the best spot in megatower condo units. Just expect walking and uphills! Haha I will book again if there is an opporunity

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The unit was very clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the listing. It was thoughtfully prepared and had everything I needed for both relaxation and work. The bed was comfortable, the area was peaceful, and the overall ambiance made it feel like a home away from home. Communication with the host was also smooth and easy, which made the entire experience even better. One minor suggestion would be to improve the lighting around the dining area, which also serves as the workstation. It was a bit dim for working at night, but aside from that small detail, everything else was absolutely perfect. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again without hesitation. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and peaceful home base. Thank you again for the wonderful hospitality and a truly memorable experience!

Good experience

Great place to stay. Clean, cozy, and in a convenient location. It’s a bit small but can comfortably fit 4–5 people. The host was friendly and responsive. Only downside was the parking—it’s first-come, first-served, and you likely won’t find a spot if you come home late at night. Otherwise, highly recommended!
