Villa vacation rentals in Benguet

We had a great experience at this Airbnb in Baguio City, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the area.

This was our second time staying at one of Herminio’s places in Baguio, and just like before, everything was great. We booked this one for my mom’s 66th birthday and loved the peaceful, safe location. It was close to shops and restos but still quiet and relaxing and most importantly, away from the busy streets and traffic of Baguio. :) The place was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the veranda was perfect for enjoying breakfast in the cool Baguio weather. The host / co-hosts were responsive and communicated well throughout our stay. We’re already looking forward to our next stay! :)

We absolutely loved our stay at GGP Homestay! It’s the perfect place for families looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The place is really well thought out— every space was fully utilized, and the overall layout was both amazing and inspiring. It had complete amenities, quality furniture, and a fantastic view that we enjoyed throughout our stay. The location is serene, ideal if you’re planning to bond with family over a staycation. The whole subdivision is super quiet, and even the neighbors were very understanding. Grab delivery is accessible. The owner was also very responsive. GGP Homestay is about 22 to 33 minutes away from the city center, depending on traffic. Getting to the house is challenging because of the steep and narrow road — the host did inform us about this ahead of time, but we admittedly underestimated it. Also, if you plan to explore tourist spots, you might just end up wanting to stay in and enjoy the house instead. Highly recommended for family and friends!

We had such an amazing time at this villa! The place was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. One of the highlights for us was the pool—it was the perfect spot to cool off and relax during the day. We also really enjoyed the videoke setup; it was such a hit, especially since almost everyone in our group loves to sing. It added so much fun to our evenings! The villa had everything we needed, and the host was super accommodating and easy to communicate with. We’re already talking about coming back for another stay!

House is old but clean. Complete of kitchen utensils. Place is good for family or big groups. Spacious and with big bedrooms with T&B. Good for bonding with friends and family. Location is accessible and near the mansion and mines view park. Caretaker is also friendly and approachable. Always happy to assist and very accomodating. Place would be perfect if there's any karaoke, board games or billiards. A bit uncomfortable for elderly as you need to climb up the stairs to enter the villa. The bedrooms are also located in 2nd and 3rd floor. My family loved the place ❤️

Owner was very responsive and easy to talk to. The place was safe, very clean, relaxing, equipped, and has a good view.
