Historic Swafield Hall, East Wing apartment

BethRating, 5 stars13 months ago
We spent a lovely weekend in Boris and Tim's home and were very grateful for their flexibility around an amendment to our booking which made it possible to stay there. Their garden is SUBLIME and of course May is the most idyllic month to see English herbaceous borders in full bloom. Incredible hedges, wonderful sweeping lawns, majestic trees and lots of space to sit outdoors in the sunshine. They recommended great pubs for dinner (Gunston Arms in a sensational deer park) so we had great food while in Norfolk. Highly recommend, thank you Boris and Tim

Relax in Clover

AnnabelleRating, 5 stars1 day ago
A great stay at Clover. Spotlessly clean and had everything you would need for a short stay - or even a long one. Zoe was friendly and helpful and provided clear instructions. Lovely little garden at the rear, space to store a paddleboard and clean it down after an outing. Very peaceful and a really lovely place to stay.

Cygnets Nest

AmandaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had a wonderful stay at Cygnet's Nest and highly recommend it. It is easily one of the best Airbnb's at which we've stayed. The house is comfortable and spacious. It was very clean, the bed comfortable, and has everything you need without being cluttered. The outside spaces and peaceful countryside are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of the area.

Pheasant Cottage

JoanneRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Well another 5 Star stay at Pheasant Cottage! It's the 4th time we have stayed here and we love it. Marta is always ready to answer any questions you have so do ask her, She is very quick to reply. We used Pheasant cottage as a base to explore Norfolk more widely this year we managed to see Sutton Hoo it was on the bucket list. We also visited Cromer, Reedham( book an afternoon tea at the Post Office tea room find on FB) Sheringham and Horsey Wind Pump(NT). Pheasant Cottage is a home from home and beautifully relaxing after a busy day. Always plenty of hot water for a super shower and the bed is soooo comfy! If you find the Peacocks a little noisy check out the bedside drawers- ear plugs provided a great thoughtful addition to your stay. We're use to them now so they don't bother us.Plenty of boat trips at Wroxham and don't forget to visit Roy's store too . Thanks again for another fab stay Marta we look forward to visiting you every year. Andrew and Joanne - Sheffield

Stable Cottage, Marshgate, North Walsham

RickRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Lovely small cottage tucked away off the road but close to local amenities. The cottage was kept clean & had all we required for a comfortable stay. Gail, herself was extremely helpful with instructions given on how to find the cottage. All in all our stay at The Stables proved to be a really pleasant one & Tess (the dog with us) seemed to enjoy herself too.

Squirrels Drey

DarranRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Squirrel's Drey was perfect for me, my wife and 2 kids (4 & 6). The space is really well thought out, and you get a lot of space for your money. It has all mod cons, the beds are comfortable, and there is tons of outdoor space. There were plenty of power sockets (which is not always something that's abundant), and the instructions for the place were clear and very helpful. It is perfectly located - very close to a Lidl (4 minutes drive) and a ton of shops and takeaways in North Walsham, but you will be at the coast within 20 minutes too. We visited Walcott beach (gorgeous), saw the seals at Horsey Gap, saw Mundesley beach (again, lovely), and visited ROARR (the dinosaur amusement park) twice, all in the space of a long weekend. Sue was lovely and very quick to respond to all queries. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Six Church View Stables

ChrisRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Just spent 4days at 6 church view, had a great time picked up the keys from the white lady pub which he runs, there was a carnival on so it was busier than usual but it didn’t spoil the stay, once everyone had gone on the Sunday night it was peaceful and quiet, the church bells ring every hour which after our first day you get used to them.the property is open plan lovely and clean en suite bedrooms, had a meal at the white lady food was delicious, there’s a beer garden straight outside the fenced property but it’s still a peaceful place the pub was nice and Dennis is very friendly and we felt you could ask him anything you wanted to know,it’s a small village off the main road locals are friendly and we would recommend the place.
