Newly renovated guest house of approx. 50 sqm, a few kilometers outside Ystad. Here you live quietly and peacefully right next to the fields in a farm environment. Outside the patio door, there is a private south-facing patio. Car can be parked right outside the house. In the house, there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180 cm) and in the sleeping loft, which is accessed via a staircase, there are two single beds (90 cm x 2). Crib is available to borrow. The bike path takes you all the way to Ystad (about 7 km to the city center), there are bikes to borrow.

Attefallhuset is small but well equipped. The sofa converts to king size bed. Suitable for 2 but with extra bed(s) 3-4 can stay here if you don't mind it being a bit cramped. This is a remote place for nature lovers or to stress down! Situated in the middle of a nature reserve, the guest house is at the edge of a forest and offers a view into the valley. You can experience the sound of silence, the whistle of birds of pray and the cry of the owl at night. The reserve is known for its large variety of wild life including eagles and some rare frog species. At night the stars are visible from your window. The nearest shop is 7 km away, 2 km to the next bus station.

The entrance floor offers a living room and kitchen. On the second floor, there is a bathroom and bedroom with double bed. On the lower floor there is sleeping space for 2 more people on the sofa (2 x 60x190). Ystad train station is 200 meters away and the beach is about a 10-minute walk.

Large and spacious kitchen and laundry room with washing machine. A 5-minute walk takes you to the beach where you can enjoy fantastic views of Hammars hills and Ystad. In the area, there is also access to a shop, pizzeria, outdoor swimming, Ystad golf club, etc. 150 meters to the bus stop towards Ystad or Simrishamn.
