The living room has a comfortable sofa bed for everyday sleeping. A kitchen equipped with common appliances - fridge, ceramic hob, extractor hood, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, plus smokehouse.

Cottage Ludvíkov with a beautiful outdoor sauna and bathing pond is located in the small village of Ludvíkov pod Smrkem in the Jizera Mountains. It is a renovated cottage from the beginning of the 20th century. The property is suitable for families and a larger group. The cottage has two spacious quadruple rooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a common room. The cottage includes a beautiful garden, a terrace, an open fire pit with a seating area, play elements for children including a trampoline. Sauna for a fee.

The cottage built in 1919 is after a complete extensive renovation (2023) that made the property an ideal place to relax. The entire renovation was done with an emphasis on creating a welcoming, family-run, and comfortable environment, from which you and our family will want to come home. The property is located in the immediate vicinity of the Giant Mountains National Park - the cottage surrounds from two sides of the forest.

We offer a quiet environment with parking and access to many winter resorts. In summer, it is possible to come with bikes and enjoy the landscape unique with its beauty. In the winter time, especially during the winter holidays, we prefer to stay for the whole week, i.e. from Saturday.
