The apartment is located in "Villa Maria" one of the most beautiful ancient villas of Como Lake. The Villa is surrounded by a 4 acres park with a 25 metres swimming pool, a tennis court and a bowling court, all freely available to the guests. The apartment is located at the ground floor and it is composed by a living room, a kitchen, two small bedrooms in the mezzanine (one pass through the bathroom), one bathroom. The apartment has a private car park inside the Villa. No A/C and Wi-Fi.

I highly recommend renting a car. Apartment with a panoramic terrace that directly overlooks Lake Como and allows you to admire wonderful sunsets. You'll find free parking on the road, just 100 meters away. The apartment is located in the charming upper area of Fiumelatte (Pino). It is 2.5 km from the center of Varenna. It is strategically located: from the windows we can admire the spectacular village of Bellagio. I recommend a car to get around on your own.

Ideal for a holiday dedicated to nature and relaxation. The house has an outdoor fence, and although it is in the woods, it is easy to get to; only on the last stretch does the road become a dirt track, but don't be alarmed! Parking is private.
