I can offer a 3 bedoom house in North Batemans Bay NSW. It is a lovely 20 minute walk to town and a few minutes drive. It is situatedoin a large private block with plenty of wildlife. Neutral colours and matching decor. I live in a separate private dwelling on the property. Beaches are 10 min drive with a pleasant 25 minute walk to town. I can offer extra space for 7 people on request, however, it'd be a sofa bed in the loungeroom. At this time, it is strictly 6 people. Lots of wildlife!

With beautiful views of the Cyne Mallows river which runs off from the Clyde, this vintage cottage was built from timber found on the farm and reclaimed planks from a 100 year old shack from Bega. Biddies is full of cosy country comforts including a/c, column heater for winter, and a 40 inch smart TV. The queen size bed is a vintage brass frame. There is the farm to explore and river access.

This is the last house on the street before the national park. Only minutes to Pretty Beach, Merry Beach, and Kioloa Beach. The studio is perfect for couples as a cosy retreat from the city. Parking is available, with private access to the studio. The wildlife includes Glossy Black Cockatoos, kangaroos and possums.

Our modern open plan home is just 2 minutes walk from Denhams Beach and just a 5 minute walk to Surf Beach that is patrolled in summer. You will also be within walking distance to local shops and beachside café. This luxury property has all you need for a relaxing holiday where you can unwind and be refreshed. Basic pantry supplies included as is all linen and beach towels. This is dog friendly home to WELL behaved pooches and has a wonderful outdoor entertaining area as well as a fire pit.

Bawley Ridge Cottage is a secluded, spacious & dog-friendly log cabin with lofty beamed ceilings, cosy living area, & luxury bathroom. 10 mins from Bawley's beaches, the cottage is on an 8 ac farm, with roaming alpacas, geese, peacocks & goats. We have lots of wood for the fire in winter, the outdoor bath is wonderful for stargazing & the (shared) swimming pool heaven on a hot day. We can also provide transport at a competitive fare to & from nearby walking trails, wedding venues & wineries.

Garden Bay Beach Getaway - "The Beach Shack"

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish & affordable space only a stones throw from secluded Garden Bay beach. A gentle leisurely stroll to Mosquito bay boat ramp and Cafe 366, or head in the opposite direction over the hill to Malua Bay surf beach. A 10 minute drive North to Batemans Bay or South to Broulee. The Garden Bay Beach shack is a self contained, downstairs unit with all mod cons and built for couples, but can accommodate a small child as an extra. Excellent romantic retreat.

A very popular Air B and B located on Nelson Beach. 3 min drive to Coles and local shops including Phoebe’s Kitchen. Unfortunately not suitable for children. No pets. You will find yourself in a property which backs onto a nature reserve, home to lots of birds, kangaroos, and the occasional echidna. Enjoy the spacious backyard including a great fire pit! Private, secluded cottage in beautiful North Durras. Located within gorgeous Murramarang National Park with walking trails starting just outside the front door including the newly opened Murramarang South Coast Walk. North Durras Beach and Durras Lake are both just down the road. Perfect if you want to be active and get out and about or just take it easy and relax in peace and quiet. Also a great overnight option if you're hiking the Murramarang South Coast walk.
