Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment, 40m2 & 60m2 terrace. Very cozy. It has ocean views and sun all day. Look west. It's on a ground floor. It's ideal for a couple. Baby & child PROHIBITED. The building has 60 apartments. The pool is seasonal and cozy. My apartment is a couple of minutes walking from the promenade and Santa Ana beach and the park and bus stops. My kitchen is fully equipped. There are 2 AC & all appliances are new. I have 600 MB WiFi
