Great host, and really helpful laundry service.

as several female travelers have noted, this was quite a good place to stay because i felt safe! it was my first time staying around a red light district. plenty of restaurants nearby and lots of things are within walking distance. only thing to note is this airbnb is not on the first floor, so if you bring a large luggage, ask for help carrying it up the stairs in advance. kathy is a responsive and friendly host -- i was visiting around the april30 holiday, which sees a lot of traffic and road closures in sgn -- and she informed me of the days i'd need to be aware of ahead.

Hao is firstly a great host, very responsive and accomodative. She helped us with a lot of suggestions and also was flexible to give us an early check-in when there were no guests. The property is very cute and cozy and located at a great location close to many highlights. Great stay, had a memorable one!
