I stayed at Sunny’s places for 3-nights and four days. The apartment was much better than I had imagined and the pictures do not reflect the quality of the rooms and fixtures. We used the gym everyday during our stay and the equipment was in great condition and functional. The neighborhood was upscale with a great view of the canal. The convenience store at the entrance to the apartment building was an added bonus and the clerks were courteous and spoke English well. The location was unbeatable with easy access to the best parts of the city by Taxi or Uber. I found Uber to be the best way to get around and the apartment was well-known to most of the drivers. I’ve stayed in a number of Airbnb’s from Aruba to Thailand and Sunny’s place rates at the top of the list.

24 hr. Marts very close and tons of other places during the day. About half hour from downtown city center. Room was comfortably clean with movie channels. Cool ac. Great lighting choices. 24 hour secured parking. This was a great deal for a normally high end hotel room. Hope to stay again.

This is a hotel. The host is only a middleman, but it's easy to get around and buy. The hotel's service is very good.

This hotel is located at the center of HCMC. The room was very clean and the stuffs were friendlier than other people in the city. Check in was very smooth, even though we can slightly early to leave the baggage. Stuff gave us some tea during the process. Our room was very clean, spacious and cozy. We also tried the spa package at the hotel. Stuff arranged everything from making a reservation to calling a cab.

Vinh responded quickly every time i asked for information, very customer focus. The room is nice. I will book again when I need a room in HCM city.

The room is comfy and Anna is hospitable. There was a small problem with the door lock but was fixed quickly. If the illumination could be improved and store some beers in the fridge, it would be a better place. :-)

I spent a day with my family at Michael's apartment fully furnished and the staff was very enthusiastic. Thank you very much will come back next time

A modern and clean high floor unit a a stylish building. Nice pool on the roof! Staff was very helpful. Fantastic neighborhood with many food options from streetfood to high end dining.

Khanh’s place is exactly as advertised! The apartment has a fresh, modern look with a decent balcony view of District 1, space is a great place to help relax from the hustle and bustle of the frantic Saigon city. It’s well located in District 4 right across from river to District 1. I’ve booked a few places in HCMC now and this place is one of my favorites so far. It has a washing machine, racks to dry clothing, and a large kitchen. I didn’t use it much the TV was smart one with fast internet and it had Netflix. The place has 3 rooms with 1 master bath and 1 closer to the living room for the other two rooms. Noise level didn’t seem to travel too far so the walls seemed of a good material. I’ve been to a few apartments in HCMC where the walls were so paper thin that it sometimes was hard to sleep. That wasn’t the case in this apartment! Noise level was acceptable.

Great place to stay, cozy and easy to access everything. The host was nice and really informative. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Great atmosphere

Well. I just want to review the bath room ! That’s very interesting experience and I quite like it. The host is easy to communicate and quick response actually!

Amy is very helpful, the place is so nice, comfortable, homey and clean. The location is very good it’s in the middle of the city. Event the bus stop its very close by. Most definitely will come back to amy place. Also don’t forget to support her cafe business. The salted coffee is out of this world and also very cheap.

I went to the concert until 3am and called the check in staff was still very welcoming and instructed me to store the car, going up to the room even though she was called up by me in her sleep :(( Super clean room and nice view, more than what I expected. The toilet is clean, everything is very comfortable and safe. In my opinion, the price here is quite affordable, I check out the receptionist in the morning is also super cute.

A nice place to stay to discover the things around, including coffee shop, restaurants, etc… The apartment is spacious and private.
