We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

What a lovely house, comfortable and perfect for our family. Clean and spacious it has everything and more that our family with young kids needed. The host Anne-Laurie was responsive and prompt in answering all of my questions especially around skiing in Valberg as first timers. The house has a gorgeous view and can imagine on summer and spring being a great place to visit. In case you are driving the drive way is very steep and rocky which was challenging but my husband managed it. There is another park on the road (easier) but only for one car. Everything else was perfect even down to having some olive oil, salt, sugar and pepper to use without having to bring or buy this for a couple of meals. The kitchen is well equipped if you like to cook. The kids loved watching movies from the projector! Gorgeous house in great location, comfortable, clean and homely. Highly recommend staying here!

The house is perfect to spend a few days in any season of the year. It is very comfortable, very spacious and has everything you need. Just 500 meters from Saint Dalmas where you can find a supermarket, bakery and restaurant. If you're willing to walk a little further, you have Valdeblore with many more options. Anne is very attentive to every detail. It would definitely be our first choice when we return.

First of all, I want to highlight the hosts — they are absolutely wonderful people! So kind, welcoming, and always responsive. Thank you for always being available and helpful throughout our stay :) The villa itself is amazing and truly worth the price. It’s in a perfect location, very comfortable, and has everything you need. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would love to come back again!

The village of Marie where we stayed at Hanna's is indeed a little piece of heaven in the beautiful Tinée Valley. Small house on 3 levels with all the necessities in absolute quiet as described. Car essential.

We had a fantastic stay - the Airbnb was clean and in a great location close to restaurants and the beach. Cecilia was very communicative and a great host. We would happily return to this Airbnb again!

Do not hesitate to rent this flat while you are in Nice. Luisa and Philippe were excellent hosts and communicators. The flat itself was beautiful, eclectic and well furnished. It felt very French. The beds and the linens were extremely comfortable and we loved everything about it. It’s located in a perfect spot to get to everything from old town Nice to the promenade along the water. We are looking forward to our next trip already.

Beautiful bnb where I easily stay a week. Unfortunately, we were just passing through, so we only stayed for one night. A bit remote but restaurant in the village available. I would arrange groceries before arrival. Would rent again without hesitation.

Her attention to detail and clear joy in creating a wonderful experience for her guests is evident from the beginning of your stay. Great place to stay at Nice. Simon is a great host. Couldn’t know him as he was abroad, but he answered all mu questions, always willing to help, and super friendly. Highly recommended. Ideal for couples. The bed is super comfortable, also the couch and the kitchen are great place to chill after some lo g walks or beach day. I’d definitely come back.

Paul was an excellent host, he checked us in and gave us a list of places to see/restaurants to visit. The apartment was gorgeous and the photos don't do the view from the balcony justice. Paul was also at hand if we needed anything during our stay. Would highly recommend!!

The house was very homey and comfortable the projector was very fun for me and my family the two dishwashers was also very helpful for my large family. The property management team was also very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. They even provided stamps for my family. It was overall a very good stay and a very comfortable experience.

Enjoyed stay In St Paul de Vence.. The Airbnb is bright and peaceful. In current era of maps on phone the back narrow roads make such Airbnbs an easy option. The house itself had large windows in every room with the eating area and master being the highlights. Travelled with small dog who loved the large yard. The local grocery store Le Clerc a 5 minute drive down the hill was amazing – so we cooked in house and ate al la fresco. Lots of space and Airbnb is fully equipped. Also found the location in St. Paul de Vence ideal -- nice neighborhood -- not too far up the the hill and close to grocery store, large local mall, and up the hill arts and restaurants. Going it is often difficult to judge locations. Thank you to Jean who was available to help with any questions.

Thank you very much for the wonderful time at your terrific villa. This place exceeded our expectations: it is highly equipped, modern, beautiful, and cozy. The view and the garden are just stunning. We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

We have had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s home. The house was beautiful and particularly suitable for our family stay with a small baby. He was very accommodating answering any queries promptly. The information instructions provided were very detailed and helpful. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the air conditioning was very welcome. We were a group of six and the house was very spacious with plenty of room for three couples and a baby. We would like to thank Philippe for hosting us. We have wonderful memories of a lovely holiday at Cagnes sur Mer.

Renee's villa is absolutely beautiful: the location, the amenities, the gardens and outdoor areas, pool and privacy were all superb. There was a major power outage in Southern France while we were there and we were well prepared with the candles and flashlights provided in the villa. The proximity to the surrounding beautiful small villages as well as the Mediterranean coastal towns of Nice, Antibes, Eze, etc. provides a wide choice of sight-seeing, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, beaches, history and art. I would suggest all renters read her book of instructions and suggestions thoroughly at the start of their stay, as there is important information to make your stay more comfortable and without problems.

It is my 2nd time having my holidays with my friends at Aude’s villa. The experience is wonderful. It is totally private and spacious. Aude is a very warm host and communication is superb! Highly recommended to anyone looking to have a holiday with peace and privacy in south France!
