We had an all-around great stay in this perfect house. The communication was friendly and professional – all questions and requests were immediately addressed. The house itself is a real highlight: the interior design is tasteful, high-quality and thought out in detail – really outstanding. The kitchen is excellently equipped, all rooms are fully air-conditioned, the bedrooms are beautiful and very quiet. The outdoor area is extremely well maintained, designed with a lot of love for detail. The pool is huge and clean, the barbecue area beautifully integrated into the garden landscape. You can tell there's a lot of emphasis on quality and comfort. The location is also great: the beach and several good restaurants are within easy walking distance. A supermarket can be reached in about 10 minutes. The concierge service was available at all times and supported us with everything – great! We fully recommend the house!!

We had a wonderful stay with our family (2 adults and 2 boys, 5 and 8 years old). The accommodation is very quiet and has great views, so we could relax optimally. The heated pool was a highlight for our boys and made swimming very pleasant even in the early morning or in the wind. The entire outdoor area is beautifully designed and you enjoy a lot of privacy. In 10-15 minutes you can reach Porto Vecchio by car with many restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and butchers. The kitchen is very well equipped. Minor problems were solved very quickly by Maud.

Superb secluded villa located off the main road from Porto Vecchio to Bonifacio, just outside Porto Vecchio with all its local facilities. The villa is nestled in a beautiful garden with a wonderful swimming pool: beautiful design and colour, and the views are stunning. The pool was heated during our stay late October which was very enjoyable and made our stay feels like it still was summer! The villa is as pictured, very comfortable and well equipped. It is perfectly located to explore southern Corsica (beaches and mountain) and visiting Bonifacio. The host was very welcoming and gave nice tips about the area. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

Great comfortable house, it’s well located in a quiet neighborhood. The house is 5 minutes driving away from the center of Bonifacio . The house has everything to relax. Great friendly host , Thomas checked on us couple times to make sure everything was good. I would highly recommend it

This was the third time we stayed at Calm and Charm in Porto Vecchio and it was just great to be back! We immediately felt at home! The house is beautiful with a large, private, garden and it's close to the lovely city of Porto Vecchio and the beautiful Palombaggia. Fantastic house above the beach Palombaggia. We were guests with seven people + dog and felt very comfortable for 10 days. The co-host Thomas personally greeted us at the meeting point, although it was already 10 pm and drove us to the house. The house is equipped with everything you need. The terrace offers great views over the bay of Palombaggia. The pool (salt water) was clean and well maintained. For us, everything was close to what was necessary for a great vacation: beach within walking distance, diving base 10 minutes by car. Small supermarket 7 minutes by car, large supermarket 15 minutes by car. Beautiful bars and restaurants right on the beach. If I could wish for one more thing: mosquito screens in front of the windows. Unfortunately, these are not available. The rest: a dream!

Jean Michel was a wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble. The villa is stunning and very comfortable. Our little boy loved playing with all the toys which are a brilliant addition for anyone staying with children, no need to pack lots of toys. We had a brilliant time at Jean Michel’s villa. The house, the terrace, the pool, the garden…. simply WOW! Great, tastefully designed and lovingly furnished, we immediately felt comfortable and spent a wonderful week inside and outside. Nice large kitchen with everything you need, comfortable beds, jump into the refreshing pool after a day in Porto-Vecchio or Bonifacio, on one of the great beaches or during one of our hikes…you can't get any better!!! Thanks to Franck's tips, we ate very deliciously, among other things, and we will definitely come back to this great area!

We are not sure where to start....well wait, we do, let's start here----> The view from the home can not be beat anywhere in the world. MAYBE if you have a view of the Great Pyramids you can say that view's better. No Almafi Coast, Eiffel Tower view, Brooklyn Bridge View, View from on top Eze France etc can beat it. STUNNING. From the mountains, nature reserves, beaches, islands, ports, unobstructed the whole way around. You can not pay more money to get a better view anywhere in the world, and if people say you can, they are lying. Ok and just as spectacular was----->Odile's, the host. Months in advance she was responding like we were showing up that day. We had all the reassurance that the stay would go well with her. Hats off to her, I hope her professionalism pays off! Ok, what's next? So much but I think I'm running out of characters to write anymore. Thanks Odile.

Pleasant house in a quiet and peaceful environment The accommodation is impeccable and the pool and a great asset as well as the outdoor amenities! Anthony even bought us petanque balls following our request, thank you again! We would recommend it without hesitation

Thanks again to Yves for his kindness and availability, and to Véronique for our exchanges before arriving at the house. The villa is nice with a nice decor. It is very well equipped. My nephew enjoyed the pool, despite the capricious weather during our stay, as it was heated. The garden is very beautiful and wooded. You have a nice beach (Pinarello), good restaurants and the Cavu pools 10 min from the house.

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage is super fully furnished! From the refrigerator with ice cube function to the outdoor shower. Everything has been thought of. The area itself is wonderfully quiet and we enjoyed the sunset by the infinity pool. The only downside is that there was no wifi. This also prevented us from watching Netflix.

Peaceful accommodation and far from the main road making this rental private and pleasant. The owner made himself available to our requests. I thank him. I recommend it to other guests.

We had a wonderful stay with friends at Elodie's. The accommodation is super equipped, impeccably clean and nicely decorated. Its location is ideal for visiting southern Corsica. The villa is also close to Figari Airport. The house and its exteriors are just "wow"! We really felt good and we're going home with wonderful memories. Elodie is very responsive to messages and we thank her again for the small gifts upon arrival. We highly recommend this place and we will go back there without hesitation!

Very nice place. The accommodation is typical with its stones. The amenities are perfect. It may be missing a few dishes which would allow you to use the dishwasher less often. But the site is beautiful!
