Mrs. Simone was very helpful and cordial from the moment the reservation was made, making herself available to answer any questions, we arrived late in Contagem and the check-in was very flexible, the place is very cozy and extremely organized and clean, Mrs. Simone lives in the same lot which facilitates any communication, the street is very noisy because it is a main avenue, but that did not bother me at all, the stay met my expectations.

It's a simpler neighborhood. But there are good houses around the property. The house was renovated and modern, everything was great. A good kitchen, good bathroom and 3 excellent-sized bedrooms. Our stay was great.

An exceptional house. Alessandra and her family kept the space with the old attributes and that makes the house charming. We felt at home! In addition, the location is great!! Throughout the time, both Alessandra and her daughter were very helpful. We needed to arrive at night and they were super flexible with check-in and check-out times! Everything was perfect! Excellent, everything as shown, it's worth it

I spent 4 weeks at Edson's apartment and had a super time. The location is great in a part of town with many shops, bars and restaurants. The building itself is very nice with friendly tenants and helpful guards downstairs. Everything was good with the apartment too. The shower was good and had plenty of hot water. The bed was good. There is also a nice espresso machine. It was great dealing with Edson. He was always very responsive and also gave me some very useful local recommendations.

The apartment and building are super new and also have a lot of appliances, which can make it easier for those who are staying longer. The apartment was clean with good quality bed and bath linens available. The location is very good, but as it is close to a busy avenue, those who are very light sleepers may feel a little uncomfortable. For those who sleep in the living room, you may also be bothered by the light that ends up coming in through the kitchen. But both the bed and the sofa bed are of great quality and provide a good night's sleep. The bathroom is inside the room, so depending on who you share the apartment with, it can be uncomfortable. As warned by the host, the garage ramp is really tight and you have to be very careful on the curves, but my car was a Peugeot 308 and it managed to pass without a scratch! LOL I would like to thank Roberta, who was very attentive, responding quickly.

The house is beautiful and very comfortable. It was me, my husband and our little dog and we really enjoyed the space. The house has a very complete kitchen, beyond expectations, and which was a super positive point: coffee makers - Nespresso and Coado - airfryer, a small barbecue, sandwich maker, as well as salt and oil. The deck is delightful - we picked up our books and enjoyed the late afternoon in this space. The surroundings are grassy and our little dog ran and enjoyed it very much. There are 4 other dogs on the property, very cute and friendly. We had a problem with the shower, but the host and her brother responded to us quickly and very proactively, so this little inconvenience didn't bother us. Anyway, I recommend the stay and we want to return on another occasion.

One of the most luxurious and cleanest apartments I've ever stayed in. Everything is high-end from the towel to the bed sheet and pillows - better than a 5 star hotel. Even the small things like the design made it feel premium. Also, Fernanda is basically the nicest person ever and she was extremely helpful. You're lucky if you find this place available! 10 out of 10 ! Oh wait, also the location couldn't be better.. forget about it!!
