First, Ada was very attentive in providing all the information and instructions prior to check-in. The apartment is a cozy, really charming! It has the necessary utensils for meals, everything is clean and organized! The location is another favorable point as it is close to restaurants, shops, malls and the center. It is safe and offers a leisure area with a beautiful view of the city, a very well-equipped gym. Anyway, I highly recommend it and Ada is an excellent host, congratulations!!

Excellent place! Without a doubt, it's well worth it. The place is exactly like in the pictures. Even though it was right in the center, I felt extremely safe throughout the stay. The location is great, with easy access to various points of the city. The host, Cristiano, is a sweetheart! Always available, attentive and even sent several tips on places to visit. No defects! I'll definitely stay there again.

Lauriano's apartment is excellent! Better than in the pictures ! Super clean and smelling! Easy entry and well-maintained building! Next to an excellent mall with sensational restaurants! Raphael is super helpful and easy to communicate with. Very well organized and extremely interesting place, as the decoration was cozy in every detail. The host responded quickly to all opportunities and was flexible with my requests. I am extremely satisfied with the stay and would return on other occasions!

My wife and I stayed more than a month at Danielle's apartment and it was a great experience. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and well located. Although the address is Sabará, the building is just one block from the Santa Inês neighborhood in Belo Horizonte, which offers a complete and varied commerce. Access to the main regions of the city is very easy, and Minas Shopping is less than 15 minutes away. The hostess, Danielle, is excellent: always available, friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend it!

The apartment is extremely well located - it is next to the mall, close to the hippie fair, close to the shopping center, and has several gyms, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It is possible to do several activities on foot and at no time did I feel unsafe, even walking at night. The apartment is exactly the same as the photos, the bathroom was recently renovated, the kitchen has several utensils, the bed is comfortable, the TV is great and the decoration is of extreme good taste :) the only small caveat is that, because the apartment is next to the mall, it can become a little noisy at night. It wasn't something that bothered me, in fact I even liked the view of the mall parking lot hahahah but, perhaps, for people with more sensitive sleep it is necessary to close the windows and turn on the fan, or use a muffler. It should be noted that communication with Bel was great, always very friendly and helpful and responding super fast. It was a great stay

Kamila’s place is an absolute gem — clean, comfy, and in a great spot with a bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, and restaurant all nearby. The view from the 25th-floor deck is stunning — perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks. Kamila is a fab guest — warm, easy to talk to, and incredibly helpful. Loved my stay and would absolutely come back!

Ana Cristiane's apartment is excellent! Great location, easy access, surroundings with great restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries. The location is super strategic, less than 10 minutes from the Central Market, New Market and Galeria São Vicente. Communication with Paula was great throughout the stay!
