Amazing hosting. Just like it was last year! Another year that I rent the house to celebrate my birthday and as always everything impeccable. Super clean, tidy and the location is more than perfect, close to shops, markets and easy to find! Fabrine is a 1000!!!! Always very attentive, answers all questions and very friendly. I'll definitely be back more often❤️

Selma was super gentle and answered all my questions quickly. The house is less than 20’ from BH Shopping, within the Vila Del Rey condominium, super easy to reach (all asphalted). Great place to take your PET (the house is surrounded). I went alone with my dog, and although it rained most days, Selma's house is a wonderful place (of great energy) to rest. The tv is SMART, and has internet. We stay in the room (a delight!) most of the time. Selma lives on the upper floor with access to the outside of the house, but this does not hinder the privacy offered at all. Although there are no restaurants nearby, you can order delivery that they deliver. The bathroom shower is wonderful, and has a barbecue on the outside of the house. I and Pipoka had wonderful days. If you are looking for a place to rest, it is ideal!

This apartment was perfect for us! It had everything we needed Amanda more! The hot tub was a nice addition. Everything you need is in within walking distance and the area is very safe. We enjoyed walking around the lake in the park that is just 100 yards away! Highly recommended stay!!

Great local, Ana was super attentive and helpful! It would come back easily. The only addendum that I think is valid to do is that the room is VERY hot 😅 but other than that, all perfect!

Although we only stayed one day, I think the stay was great! The space matches the description, and Alice was always very helpful and made us feel super comfortable. Not to mention the treats. I recommend it, and I would definitely come back.

Clean room, but I think it should have a scent to make it more pleasant, they could also leave more spare towels, we stayed 4 days and there was only one towel for each. No mais was good our stay. We were not attended to.

Excellent stay, super charming place. The photos represent reality, but in person it is even more cozy. Rose was super attentive, she guided us with all the tips. The space is so nice that we left very little to enjoy the condominium, which is also wonderful.

Impeccable house, cozy and very well equipped, perfect for resting comfortably and peacefully. The heated pool with sauna and the gourmet area with a grill are great differentials. Host Breno was extremely helpful from the first contact, always available and attentive. We highly recommend it!

Excellent experience! Flavia was available from the time of booking until the end of the stay. Always giving us clear and objective instructions about the house and also several tips on what to do in the vicinity of the accommodation. The house was very clean and organized. The kitchen is super well equipped, it has all the necessary utensils.

My family and I loved it. Quiet location, preserved nature, we loved the chickens and turkeys loose in the yard, it gave it a grandma's backyard feel. Many birds come to visit the site, such as the black-throated canary, masked water tyrant, toucan, blue-and-yellow macaw and thrush, and I could also hear the song of the fire-eye nearby. The house, the rooms, yard, swimming pool were clean and organized, the house was super functional, with utensils and appliances. Lots of beds and bathrooms, a playground for children, there was a persimmon tree loaded with fruit, we ate some ripe persimmons, delicious!

The stay at Sítio Rio Manso was wonderful! All the guests and I loved it. The place, as already mentioned in other reviews, is even more beautiful than in the photos. The chalets are super comfortable; the dining areas are very well equipped and everything is very clean. Sonia, the hostess, is great and always responds very quickly. It's really worth it and I hope to be able to return!

We really enjoyed the stay. The house is beautiful, quiet and cozy. Contact with nature makes the experience very calm and relaxing. We loved it and would easily come back.
