It was a great days of stay with May's home! She was accommodating to our early check in request as our flight arrives early morning. I appreciate her understanding. Place was convenient to albany hwy(halal food), close to carousel Westfield as well - for driving! Definitely will return if i come bck 😊

Rika’s place was wonderful! She’s pretty responsive when needed and would check in with us earlier on during the stay! Her home was very comfortable and very well stocked with all our daily needs - eg. cereal, tea/coffee, fresh towels/blankets and all the cooking utensils we need to feel right at home! Lovely stay!!!

A beautiful home, thoughtfully furnished for a family or a group to reside together. The swimming pool was great ! It's a nice place to relax, swim and chill. We were pleasantly surprised with a basket of fresh fruits in the house. The fridge and pantry was stocked up with the basic needs for our stay. Because of the fantastic accommodation we had a great holiday in Perth, Australia.

We had a fantastic stay at Mike’s place! The location is super convenient—close to the city with plenty of amenities just 5 minutes away. The house itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen that made everything feel just like home. What truly made our stay exceptional was Mike himself. He’s hands down the best host we’ve ever met. He waited to greet us on arrival, walked us through the house, and shared helpful local recommendations. Mike even went the extra mile to help track down a parcel delivery, which we’re truly grateful for. His kindness and hospitality made our stay in Perth unforgettable. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

The location is super close to the airport and within 15-20mins drive to the CBD. The house has everything you need and honestly the pictures that Dayo posted on his listing doesn’t do justice to the entire home - it’s huge and way beyond my expectations. We hope to be back again someday! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

We had a great time staying here while in Perth city. House was comfortable for a big group like ours. The only setback was the rubbish bins outside were already full when we arrived, and they only clear it on Friday. Other than that everything else was ok.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Brad’s apartment and would absolutely love to return in the future. The place was not only clean and comfortable but also thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including a full set of kitchen appliances. The coffee machine was an especially nice bonus that made our mornings even better. My two kids adored the apartment—they felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

Highly recommended, place was private, secure and immaculate. Mike and Luka where very responsive to any of our needs especially when we asked to check out late due to flight delays. Thougherly recommended Lyrics Pad especially if you enjoy live music as the hosts also have a bar restaurant, and underground bar with live music on certain nights. Chilled vibe good people will be back again.

I corresponded with co-host Rosemary. She was extremely responsive and kind. The unit was great - we felt right at home the minute we stepped in. Love her kitchen and everything else in the house - tastefully decorated and extremely functional. There were more than enough pots, plates, cutleries and blankets, towels, pillows. Every electrical item was working well. It has been an awesome stay!

We stayed at Jen’s place twice during our time in WA. The location is fantastic- very walkable and close to some delicious bars, restaurants & great food at the Fremantle markets. Jen’s apartment is lovely. The building itself is older but the apartment feels newly renovated, very clean & had everything we needed for a very great stay. Jen was an excellent host- great communicator & went above & beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We loved our time there and would gladly stay again!

it's hard to find a place that is both stylish and accepts families , but I was so lucky to have found Shey's listing. our stay was luxurious and well stocked with supplies. she was also very responsive and caring. instructions were all clear and accurate. appliances easy to use. highly recommend her listing - it'll be the first listing I'll book on my next visit to Perth :)
