Come stay in our ​cozy cottage located down a country lane. Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

Walk along Rattlesnake Creek, feed the fish from your private deck, explore the woods, sit around a campfire, and get away from it all while still being only 6 miles from all the amenities of the city and 20 miles from Lake Texoma and Choctaw Casino. You’ll also have a chance to spot deer, red foxes, coyotes, wild pigs, bunnies, butterflies, armadillos… +PRIVATE BASKETBALL COURT!! (Saturday nights-you can hop over to Grayson County Speedway.)
