This spacious apartment, in a charming farmhouse, is located in a quiet neighbourhood, with much to discover in the village as well as in the neighbouring cities. 30min from Bern, the Swiss capital. It's easily accessible by car and with public transport. The apartment itself is well equipped to spend a relaxing holiday. The entire place is well light, so you'll enjoy plenty of sunlight. You'll have access to a part of the lovely garden and the outdoor and indoor fireplace to keep warm/ grill.

Cet appartement plain-pied de 100 m2 se situe à Nidau. Il est au calme, proche du centre : à 1200m de la gare de Bienne. Vous pourrez profiter d’un balcon, d’un grand jardin, avec table, grill, canapé. A 100m, vous pouvez vous baigner dans l’Aare et sortir en paddle (disponible sur demande). À 400m, vous accédez au lac et à la piscine ainsi qu'à toute autre commodité (commerces, bus). Il y a deux appartements dans la maison. Les hôtes sont sur place et disponibles pour toute question.

L’appartement est idéal pour les marcheurs qui font le trek du chemin des Crêtes. L'endroit est très calme et reposant car la maison se situe en bout de rue. Elle offre une jolie vue sur les champs et la nature. Une place avec barbecue privatif est disponible à la belle saison. Le village se situe à 10km de Bienne et de Granges, il est desservi quelques fois par jour par un bus. Malheureusement, il n’y pas de commerce dans le village.

Our house is located in the centre of Kallnach, a well-kept village in the region of the Three Lakes. The bright and friendly flat for exclusive use is on the top floor. The flat has a large living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a small balcony. There are three restaurants and a small supermarket (7/7) in the village. The train station is 650m from the house.
