Guesthouse vacation rentals in Bellevue

We found Mary’s place to be very peaceful and a good place to unwind and relax. The view are amazing and the walks you can go on just around Mary’s place is outstanding, although bring your A Game as some of,the hills are steep. Mary left us a nice package of home made chocolate chip cookies on arrival, they didn’t last very long. We would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful and peaceful homebase for exploring Bainbridge Island as well as the broader Seattle-Tacoma region.

We only stayed for one night, but had a great time at the guesthouse. The backyard chickens and rabbits were very fun to watch, and the location close to the airport worked wonderfully for us.  

This cottage was a great choice! Did a girls trip for a long weekend and this was a great stay. The cottage was very clean and bright and airy. The instructions Angela provided before/during the stay were very helpful. Angela was pretty quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had during our stay. Angela is very kind- checks in with you during your stay. Plenty of towels provided which was nice! Good closet space to unpack your suitcases and store stuff. The bed and bedding were very nice and clean. Cottage is in a great location for restaurants and grocery stores/gas stations. I would definitely stay here again or recommend to those traveling to the area!

Beautiful lovely cottage located by the peaceful seaside area of west Seattle. The cottage itself is super cozy and just as described. Very convenient if you have a car, very easy to get to the main beach strip, to the watertaxi station, coffees, restaurants, and groceries are just few minutes drive away. Also the 2 lovelyyy big doggies are just toooo cute.

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was welcoming and responsive, making check-in super easy. Quiet neighborhood, came with all the basic amenities and enjoy that all the resturants and coffee shops were within walking distance.

We just spent 6 lovely nights at Molly’s cottage. It was clean, well cared for and had everything we could need. There was excellent information provided about things in the house and the area in general, and any questions were answered promptly. The living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms are each on a different level with steps between each level, so you should be aware of that if steps would be an issue for you. We were ok with it and look forward to staying here again :)

Lesa’s place is gorgeous and we really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, had everything we needed, was exactly as described, had lots of little touches, and we couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful place to stay. There is a dedicated parking space, which is huge for me. It just felt like we were home! Lesa was super friendly and responsive. We really appreciated the opportunity to stay here!

A wonderful little cottage in a good location which is very quiet. A short walk to great views of Puget Sound & Olympic Mountains, as well as close to buses to downtown Seattle. An extremely clean, well designed place, equipped with excellent amenities makes this place ideal for a stopover or holiday. This is our second stay here & we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again should we come to Seattle.

We really fell in love with this tiny home. We expected tiny and it was but we did not expect on how well that small space was executed. The kitchen was well stocked with quality items and easy to find. The details to help with storage of personal items like the baskets and under-bed space for suitcases was so helpful. We could not get enough of the view of the water and were able to sea lions and seals, which was fun to watch with the provided binoculars. We ended up eating breakfast and dinner both days which wasn’t apart of our plan, but wanted take in all the moments of feeling the peace we felt being there on the water. This spot is the perfect romantic getaway that will give anyone a chance to reconnect and unwind. We were able to meet Cullen and he was so kind and easy to talk too. Highly recommend!

Michelle’s place is exactly as described in photos. Beautifully designed and perfect for our family of four. Clean as can be and she had anything you would need for a family stay. Loved the options of board games for nights in after sightseeing. The Seattle West area is great, we enjoyed dining out on California Ace just 10 mins away (safe, clean and lots of options). If you are looking for a clean, space for your family in West Seattle -and easy drive to the sights this is the place for you!

Great place in Wallingford close to excellent restaurants and the U-District. Nice, pleasant hosts!

This was the second stay we did with Jessica and she’s amazing. My friend and I felt right at home and everything was perfect. We look forward to the next time we stay here.

What a great spot- no cabin fever here, no matter what the weather. Tons to do, or a great place to just chill. Karla's place is lovingly and cleverly appointed- lots of amenities as others have noted. My family really loved the scavenger hunt. This neighborhood is amazing and Karla is an extremely thoughtful and responsive host - she checked in with us and made sure we had everything we needed. All the beds are comfy, and it has several nice workspaces, fully equipped kitchen and a great bathroom (you have to check out the loofahs!)- the whole apartment is a very comfortable place to stay.

I very much enjoyed my stay. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice for evening strolls. Mostly a residential area, but I could walk to some restaurants if I wanted. It's an easy drive to most things you would need. Loved the little patio and the lake view.

We loved our three days at Erica's place. It is a beautiful studio apartment with lots of light, great windows, everything is practically new and very clean. It had all the ammentities that we needed. Erica was very responsive and a good communicator. I highly recommend the space!

The stay was amazing, very easy, not far from the city and still beautiful to just walk and explore. Our host was gracious enough to allow my friend and I to stay some time past our check out due to our flight being much later in the day than we had fully expected. Would definitely recommend! Very quiet area as well, slept very comfortably throughout the night! 10/10 would stay again:)

My family and I had a great stay at Norea's "Hitt's Hill Guesthouse." It comfortably fit the four of us (two adults and two kids). It was easy to get in and the house was immaculate and even had a basket overflowing with welcome gifts of snacks (and wine!). In addition to the home comforts, it is really conveniently located to Columbia City and everything that CC has to offer. We would very happily stay here again.

The Magnolia Coach House was the perfect size for myself, mother, and sister. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed the space and our stay with Carly.

Erika's property is something people dream about. It is stunning. The Beehive is beautiful and has everything you need for a peaceful stay. The bonus of meeting all the animals on the farm made our trip extra special. This really is one of the nicest places we have stayed, and I look forward to coming back and staying much longer next time. Thank you for making our experience exceptional.

It was a great place to stay! The location was close to the Space Needle and the Pike Place market. And they had everything you needed. The parking space assigned to guests are very small so be aware.

This was the perfect cozy spot for a night in Woodinville after a concert at Chateau Ste Michelle. We really enjoyed our time at the guest house and would definitely stay again!
