Vacation rentals with beach access in Bellerive

We truly enjoyed our stay in Hobart at Janina’s and Gary’s place. They are very welcoming and ready to share their knowledge and tips to visiting Hobart, and Tasmania. The extra touches of toasting bread, jam and butter, and tea and coffee were appreciated for breakfast. Close by is an IGA for groceries and a Porter’s for wine and beer. Nearby beaches were just right for relaxing. Salamanca Market is about a 10-minute drive. Can’t go wrong booking this location. It is a wonderful pied à terre in Hobart!

Absolutely stunning place and location! Nel and Lorne were amazing hosts and nothing was too much trouble. They had thought of all the little things to make us feel welcome and it truly felt like we were staying with friends…like a home away from home. We arrived to the smell of fresh bread baking, and found a loaf baking in the bread oven. Nel had even left us a jar of her homemade raspberry jam, which was to die for! We fell asleep every night to the sound of the waves which was absolutely magical and so peaceful. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! Would 100% recommend and would love to come back sometime!

Our stay at Craig’s and Justine Apartment in Hobat was incredibly a wonderful time we were so happy Craig and Justine made us feel welcome and were very helpful The house was a clean home like a brand new Home On arrival there was a hot cooked fresh bread and home made jam waiting to be eaten The pool was clean and well maintained Overall our stay was perfect and we are hanging out to return as soon as possible Thank you Craig and Justine

Sally and Jeremy are great hosts! Very hospitable and attentive to every possible need. Location is great with beautiful views and easy to walk to the town center. The place is very comfortable and well equipped, really good value for money. I could not recommend this place highly enough. Richard's place was fantastic! Great location, only a few minutes drive into the restaurants and supermarkets of Sandy Bay, and only 10 minutes into Hobart city. The home was beautifully presented and incredibly warm, comfortable and cosy, with all amenities and appliances one could need for a great stay. Whenever we messaged Richard, he or his property manager always responded very quickly, were extremely helpful, considerate and pleasant to deal with. We'd definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Ken’s place! Was a pleasure waking up and going to sleep with that view. Breathtaking! Fantastic home with everything you need. Would absolutely stay again. Didn’t want to leave the view!

This was a very cozy and comfortable space. The host had many special touches—snacks and extra bathroom supplies—that made us feel right at home. They thought of everything.

Rob's place is beautiful inside and out. The views are spectacular. It's super quick and easy to walk to the beach, cafes and shops. The house is simply a joy to be in - light filled, comfy and wonderfully styled. You'll find everything you need here. Rob is a generous and accommodating host, communicating openly and responding promptly. We look forward to our next stay at Rob's place!

My first visit to Hobart, and I’m glad I chose Brian’s accommodation. Besides being in a great location, easy to get anywhere, the place is amazing clean with a lot of facilities giving you the comfort of a home. Brian is a great host, very flexible and accommodating and tries everything he can to make your stay an amazing one! Looking forward to visiting again.

My partner and I had a lovely stay. Beautiful view of the water on both sides, very private and secluded and we had everything that we needed. Cath was a great host who gave us clear instructions and local recommendations which was very helpful.

We had a lovely stay at Oskar’s place. Everything was spotlessly clean, he was a great communicator and lovely warm and comfy beds and a fabulous view. Oskar offered early check in as he knew we were arriving in the morning, so made the house available for us.

Awesome stay at James. Incredibly proactive, kind and communicative host. House was really beautiful and all the little touches were covered. Easy to navigate the home, clear instructions, stacked pantry. Felt like home, not just a money maker. How all hosts should be. Thanks guys

We had a great stay in Hobart. The Cottage was well equipped for what we needed and their check out rules were a game changer for us - we had 3 kids with us and an early flight on a Sunday morning. It makes all the difference when you don't have to worry about rubbish and dishwashers before you leave. Thank you Kate and Keiren for making us feel so at home. Lots of nice touches - lovely linen and pillows, great staples in the pantry and milk for a cuppa when you arrive. Easy walk to great spaces nearby. Loved it. Will be back.

Beautiful place to stay whilst exploring Hobart. Felt very central and walkable to most areas. Had a wonderful stay here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay with Million Dollar Views. We thank Coralie and Costa for their very generous food and drinks, comfortable bed, kitchen and many extras to a make our stay perfect. We certainly recommend our stay to friends and family. Roxy and Ambre have done a beautiful job with this unit. You can hear the waves crashing and see the beach from the apartment. Beautifully clean and bed was really comfortable. You are close to many yummy restaurants and a few with delicious vegan GF options. If you like op shopping like me you'll find them in walking distance to the apartment. We stayed for 6 days and the neighbours were lovely saying hi to our son each day. The beach is also a kids paradise with a swing on the sand and an area the community have set up with toys. Lovely little touches in the apartment with a rain jacket and umbrellas. We just loved it and will definitely be back. Thanks for making our holiday so relaxing.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very welcoming and clean. Comfortable beds and sitting area. It was well equipped. The stairs may be an issue for some, although there was a 1 bedroom unit down stairs with easy access that one of our party used. The location was ideal for us and the view pleasant.

The landlord is a very warm and kind person, and both my boyfriend and I really like them! The house is also very new, making it a comfortable place to stay. Plus, it’s close to the beach, making it a great choice for accommodation in Tasmania!

A very rare and reasonably priced entire rental for two! We stayed for 4 nights and had an amazing experience. The host was very thoughtful and even provided a list of recommended restaurants. The TV had YouTube, Netflix, and more to watch. In the morning, you could open the door and see the ocean — super relaxing! Plus, early check-in was available. The best part was that the host knew we were traveling around Tasmania and left us some beers, milk, cookies, and coffee to enjoy. Such a warm and comfortable stay. We’d love to come back to this perfect place again! ❤️❤️❤️
