Moose and Eagle clubs close by. THIS HOUSE IS ON A WELL AND WATER SMELLS LIKE SULFUR SOMETIMES. IF THIS BOTHERS YOU DO NOT RESERVE. Kayaks and canoes are okay. There is no space for anything larger. Boat ramp 1 block from house. Boats connected to vehicles can be left there overnight. It's never busy.

We live on a two acre lot near Rosedale Bible College in central Ohio. The apartment is a cozy, private, single bedroom apartment attached to our home on the ground level. Space includes a 3 season room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, patio with picnic table, and a large yard. Breakfast items are provided. There is a beautiful nature/walking trail next to the property. In 35 minutes, you can be on The Ohio State University campus as well as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.
