The entire 1st floor is reserved for Airbnb with 2 beautiful bedrooms with double bed, a large bathroom with shower and toilet, a 2nd toilet with hand washbasin, towels, herbal teas, fan available at no extra cost. Breakfast is included. I am 1 km from the shuttle boat to Lorient. Port-Louis is a 5-minute drive away with its beautiful beaches. I have a very nice dog and cat, I'll keep them away if you wish.

From our wooden house built in 2023, you can directly discover the Rhuys peninsula on foot (10 minutes from the Logeo beach and its small port, the GR34 coastal trail) or by bike (15 minutes from the ocean beaches). Bright house, quiet cul-de-sac, facing from east to west, where you can bask in the shade of an oak tree and its hedgerow. The superb 60 m2 wooden terrace allows you to eat and rest after a hike, a nice bike ride...

I offer a spacious 14 m² room (with a 160*200 bed, TV and free Wi-Fi) on the 1st floor of my home. This level will be reserved for you. You will have your private bathroom with double sink and toilet. If you wish, you can also benefit from the closed parking.
