Lovely house surrounded by so much green! We loved our stay - thank you very much!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay in Ypres. The location is so central you may as well have booked the Cloth Hall and the actual property itself is breathtaking. It is also extremely secure and private so we had no worries about the security of our motorcycles. The property was immaculate on arrival with everything clearly explained and demonstrated before we settled in. Finally the hosts, Carmen and Francis were fantastic. Extremely responsive and very very friendly, even helping us with language difficulties when trying to fix one of the parties bikes. All in all, if you’re lucky enough to find this place available then don’t hesitate to book, you won’t be disappointed.

Charming gite in a super nice, quiet location. We enjoyed the house like the beautiful garden Cecile and Denis are nice hosts who made sure we didn't miss anything and were always quick and easy to reach. Highly recommended!

Great host. Claude was super communicative thorough-out the stay. The villa is great for a nice getaway from the city. It’s in the middle of nowhere so don’t expect to have much stuff going on around in term of restaurants or bars. But that’s exactly why we loved it. Great pool, jacuzzi and game areas. Barbecue was also very cool, although could have been bigger given how big the garden is. The only downside was the extra payments that the host asked outside of the Airbnb fees (deposit, cleaning, sheets). They were listed in the description so no surprise, but it wasn’t the most transparent way to do transactions without the security of the Airbnb platform. Overall - highly recommended for a nice getaway with friends or family in belgium!

We had a wonderful time in Hayen with our family. The house is cozily decorated, well maintained and offers all the comfort you need. The location is very quiet, so you can completely unwind, and the garden is a beautiful place to sit together, eat or just enjoy the surroundings. Everything was neat and tidy on arrival, and communication with the host went smoothly and friendly. An absolute must for families or families looking for a relaxing stay in a nice and quiet area.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in this villa with five people. The sauna was well used and the daily swimming in the nice heated pool was really a plus. The accommodation really lacked nothing – everything was taken care of to the last detail. The hostess was also excellent: friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great place set up with love for details and good taste. Spent a nice weekend there with two families incl 5 kids. Would love to come back!

We were there with 6 adults and 3 small children for 5 days and celebrated a wonderful birthday there. A great house, superbly equipped in the kitchen area. Unfortunately, there was only 1 crib and 1 high chair, maybe you could be a little more flexible! And the discussion with the size of the duvet covers and sheets and renting the bed linen when using a double bed as a single person (here you have to book the bed linen for 2 people!) is probably very narrow-minded with such a great house and the price. But otherwise a very quiet location with a wonderful view, a fantastic hot tub, which you have to heat up early enough and a billiard room complete this exclusive house very well! it is an incredibly large and modern furnished vacation home with a view of the fields! even if you are with 23 people in the house, everyone has their own retreat zone! we cooked four times with 23 people in the evening and it always worked because the kitchen is very well furnished. the beds are like in a hotel, 1a. it is a pity that the seven-bed room does not have its own bathroom. thank you very much!

We were with a group of 15 people and we didn't miss anything. The place is super equipped and very clean. Communication was also reliable and pleasant. We would come back anytime!

The villa looks even more impressive than in the photos. There was enough space for our large group. Our dogs were also very pleased with the huge garden. Patrick was easily accessible and always responded quickly.

Stephan is a welcoming and flexible host. He thinks along, arranges and organizes where necessary and no question was too much! The reception was warm and with good explanation. We felt very much at home in the house where nothing was missing, there was more than we could have imagined. We had a lot of fun with the hot tub and the pool table and the extensive kitchen. The beds slept wonderfully and were made up with fresh smelling linens. Top! For our friends weekend, the ideal base in an environment where sporting and cultural activities are available for picking up.

We stayed with 13 people in this beautiful, modern house in Zwevegem and it was a fantastic experience. The house is spacious, stylishly decorated and equipped with every comfort. You immediately notice that everything is finished to perfection – from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy seating areas. The large garden is an absolute asset: wonderfully green, quietly located and with plenty of space to relax or eat outside. From a practical point of view, this location also scores high: there is plenty of room for at least 10 cars. Communication with Magda went smoothly and pleasantly. She was very friendly, quick in her responses and made sure everything went smoothly. An absolute top location for those who want to enjoy peace, space and comfort. Recommended!

We spent 3 days in Olivier's house. Friendly welcome and everything was explained neatly. Equipped with all amenities and plenty of towels. The house was spacious, clean and the price ratio was good. We had a lovely weekend with our group of friends. Also, the house is half an hour from Ghent by car, but you can also easily book an Uber. We recommend Olivier's house! A friendly host

A great travel experience from start to finish! Annick and her husband came early to check in because we reported that we would come sooner than originally thought. The briefing was detailed and precise. The house was sparkling clean! We were able to communicate with them very well. During the stay, she even asked if we needed anything and if everything was okay! The stay left nothing to be desired - the kitchen is well equipped and spacious. The rooms are spacious and you have various seating options! The pool met all expectations and we were able to use it very extensively! It was a completely successful stay. Even on departure, everything was to our satisfaction! Annick and her husband did everything to make our stay very pleasant! We will definitely be back!

The six of us spent a long weekend with great pleasure in François' house. The garden is really fantastic and the house is also equipped with every comfort. We actually saw very little of the area because we had such a good time in and around the pool and on the tennis court. François is a super host, very friendly, responds quickly and was always willing to help (he came for example to bring a parasol and extra fans, very nice!). Highly recommended!

very beautiful and nice location for a somewhat larger group. wonderful large garden where the children could play wonderfully! delightful, within walking distance of the supermarkets and some restaurants. Playroom with table football and table tennis is also great fun! we enjoyed it!

Very nice house for families, open kitchen (overlooking the garden when the children play), large living room with terrace access, nice pool. We felt very comfortable, the communication was very good and fast. Note for families with small children: there is a spiral staircase, so you should be vigilant, but otherwise it is not a problem. I highly recommend the place!
