Beautiful stay in perfect location in Antwerp with very helpful host

Nothing to complain about. Was a top stay.

We visited for one night and the scenery was amazing. The studio was complete with air-con for hot days! The toilet is just outside and next to the entrance door.

We spent three nights at four in the cabin of the captain of the houseboat Lucie. This is an experience! A cocoon where it's good to get warm after visiting the Christmas markets of Ghent and Bruges (quickly served by the highway). We enjoyed making breakfast and dinner as the kitchen is very well equipped. The rooms are narrow but that's normal, we're on a boat! In the morning the view of the canal is very pleasant with the sunrise over the water and the frozen grass! The bedding is very comfortable and the shower room functional. We all enjoyed this experience, especially since the hosts are very welcoming and present on the boat. We recommend this accommodation to people who love the unusual with comfort!

Maarten sent excellent directions and instructions, and was professional and friendly throughout our entire stay. Breakfast was plenty and delivered timely each morning - the coffee machine and coffee pods along with crockery and cutlery needed were great. We enjoyed each breakfast relaxing on the peaceful and private deck. The round bed was so comfortable and the bedroom felt cosy and just perfect for our 3-night stay, with a perfectly compact and useful bathroom. A quirky and unique place to stay within walking distance of Ghent town centre. Maarten’s boat and his hospitality is highly recommended.

Maarten was a lovely host. The living accommodation was exactly as described and shown in the pictures and surprisingly spacious even for my giant husband. It was a short flat easy walk to the historic centre even with little legs in tow. breakfast was yummy with a special treat for my son who was very pleased that Maarten bought him a doughnut. communication was prompt and in perfect English

It is a very nice decorated ship with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. We liked it and the location is also good.

We had a great stay. We were on the boat with 8 people and for 2 nights. We found everything we needed. The toilets and bathrooms were very clean and more than sufficient. The sleeping arrangements were also very comfortable. The only thing that wasn't quite right for us was the climb onto the boat. Here, you had to take a pretty big step every now and then to avoid landing in the water. A small bridge or something like that would have been nice here. But overall, the boat is awesome and really well equipped! The hosts were also very communicative and friendly. Also easy to reach! Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing stay! Warm, original and exceptional. Erwin is a perfect host. In addition to being a passionate person with lots of interesting life stories, he is very welcoming, friendly and cares about the well-being of his guests. The boat trip is a must, a moment of pure serenity and relaxation. Great introduction to the world of boats through Erwin's experience and knowledge. We loved being able to sail aboard his sailboat.
