The apartment is located in a dominant position on Lake Maggiore and the ancient village of Belgirate, located within a residence of only eight units, one of the few solutions with a swimming pool in the surroundings (shared with a few and open from mid-June until the end of September). A few minutes' walk away you will reach the lake and the town center where you will find all the main services: mini market, bars, restaurants, laundry, pharmacy, tobacco shop. The villa is rich in history, poets and writers have passed through, where they stayed, captivated by the beauty of the lake and Belgirate. A tragic fire destroyed part of the house in the early 1900s, and it was completely restored in the 1990s. In the immediate vicinity is Stresa and its islands.
