You don't have to leave the condo to go to the beach, and there are at least 280 meters of beachfront to enjoy with plenty of space. The condo has 24/7 security, a huge communal pool, green areas, playgrounds, tennis courts, 5-a-side soccer, and basketball, and is very pet-friendly. In front, is a shopping center with a supermarket, bars, restaurants, and a bakery.
