Villa The ONE is located on a 10-hectare property in a protected area protected area of cork oak forest and with a lot of privacy. Outside, there is a swimming pool, 2 terraces, one specially designed for meals, measuring 60 m2, and another 35 m2 with a pool view. The Villa has a fully equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 en-suites on the upper floor (the en-suites are only accessible from the outside). All bedrooms and suites have a bathroom and there is an outside bathroom. The suites can accommodate up to 4 guests.

This amazing home-made house is newly renovated and located on our small farm where we grow vegetables and fruit trees. The house is made out of rammed earth and stones, placed just a few meters from the gorgeous river of Seixe, surrounded by green hills and fields.
