The house was built in a new neighborhood, where more houses will be built. It is possible that, from time to time, there will be noises caused by any work in progress.

You have neighbours, however the outside spaces are large enough to have decent privacy. In the colder months, a wood-burning stove and electric radiators provide cosy warmth.
