Welcome to this calm, fresh and harmonious space. The studio is newly renovated and situated on the bottom floor of our villa in a little village close to Gland. Me and my family live on the first floor. It has a terrasse and a gorgeous view of the Alps and lake Geneva. There’s a bio farmer’s market next to the house! Local restaurant at 200m. We’re a five minute drive from the highway and about 25 min from Geneva and Lausanne. There’s a bus that takes you to the train station in Nyon. .

This small, private Swiss chalet is cozy comfortable retreat for one or two persons. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the Rhone Valley and Swiss Alps of Valais. Ideal for nature-lovers or those who simply want to just get away to relax and breathe in the Swiss mountain air. The chalet acts a point of depart for mountain walks or hikes, bike riding, snowshoeing or even cross country skiing in the winter time. Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

La cuisine entièrement équipée est ouverte sur un espace repas confortable. Le salon donne accès à la terrasse.

By prior arrangement, 1 paid parking space is available at the foot of the house. The charge is CHF 10/night. Payment must be made no later than the day of the Guest's arrival. Payment methods : Cash or via Airbnb's resolution center.

A 10 minutes à pied de la gare.

Cuisine toute équipée : induction, four, lave-vaisselle, micro-onde, bouilloire, grille-pain, frigo et congélateur. Salle d’eau avec grande douche à l’italienne, WC, lave-linge séchant. Remise (ski, planche, valise…).

The apartment is easily accessible to many beautiful walks, vineyards and ski areas with Geneva airport a 30 min drive. Very close to bus stop "Bassins Tillette" with 20 min journey to Gland train station. The closest ski resorts are St-Cergues (15 mins) and La Dole (30 min).

Located in XVIII century house, in a quiet neighbourhood, within a 2 min walk to Genolier train station, which provides quick access to Nyon (15min) and Geneva (30min). Also 8min drive to the freeway. Guest has exclusive access to the apartment.
