Vacation rentals with a home theater in Bedfordshire

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Host helpful and replied to our messages. The area was very convenient to travel easily by bus and train. All necessary & comfort conveniences were provided at the premises. Very close to food supplies to prepare our own meals. My only suggestion would be for host to leave a brief list of how some appliances operated, otherwise a great stay for our 6 nights.

A beautifully clean and superbly equipped flat. A genuine Home from home. Jonathan is a 5* host and Nala ( the cat) is an engaging addition. The flat was spotless. Although not central the flat has excellent transport links just a couple of minutes walk from the flat. I cannot rate this property less than superb. Local restaurants were within easy reach and Dada's Diner for breakfast/brunch is a stand-out. We will definitely book again

For me, everything was excellent. Mabel is always kind and helpful. It has a great location and easy access to central London. Easy access to all transport. For me I have nothing to complain about. I will definitely come back again.

Alina's place is beautiful. This was my second stay and will always be the preferred place to stay for London visits. The flat is beautiful and feels good. Even though it's on a main street, it's on the second floor, and set back a bit (the rooftop is a fun place to sit in warm weather). So it feels peaceful. The kitchen looks out over more roof onto green, and is a wonderful place to work. It's very clean. The bed is very comfortable. I have back/neck injuries so finding such a perfect bed is rare. The kitchen is a nice place to cook, and there is a supermarket about 30 seconds walk :). Italian, Indian, Spanish and other restaurants right there. Finsbury Park station is a 10 minute walk. My 18 y/o daughter came on the previous trip and she's anxious to come back, which is saying something. All in all, wonderful place. Alina and her lovely friend are flexible and make it easy to get in and settled. Love it. :)

Rachel's place was ideal for our short stay on our way through to a friend's. The flat was lovely, clean and comfortable, and Rachel was a very responsive and welcoming host. We would stay again!

Very nice stay in this apartment. We were 2 adults with two children. The apartment is well located close to a big shopping mall and 2 metro stations as well as a river station. Large choice of restaurants in the shopping center but also possibility of shopping. Nice view especially in the evening of the beautiful skyscrapers around and the Thames. We enjoyed London and were happy to return to this quieter neighborhood in the evening. The host is very kind and accommodating and we were able to communicate without worries. Only small downside was the noise of the elevated subway with the window open... but very good stay and beautiful memories.

What can I say… quite honestly the most beautiful home we’ve stayed in (and we’ve stayed in many). The house was absolutely stunning with amazing views. The host was very attentive and gave plenty of recommendations. We stayed for New Year’s Eve and saw in 2025 with our family. Our 3 girls loved exploring the garden, toys and a particular shout out for the games room. Had a pleasant surprise when we arrived to see the most gorgeous decking, accompanied by a hot tub and swim spa, a huge hit with the girls. Would definitely recommend. Thank you and happy new year!

This is a fantastic location for someone looking for easy access to public transport, restaurants, cafes & parks, whilst being in a quiet street. The apartment is full of character & felt very spacious, it was perfectly equipped for all our needs. Communication was excellent, quick & friendly, we would highly recommend this place to anyone. Couldn't be happier with a brilliantly quirky home in a location near lots of good food/drink spots and transport links, hosted by a lovely, generous, communicative human being. Brilliantly fun place to stay.

I've stayed in one of Lynn's places before. I had a great experience there, and the quality was on this one is the same. I spent time in the property and appreciated all the tiny elements that made Lynn's properties feel so homely. Everything, from the cosy furniture to the well-stocked kitchen, provides for a great stay. A short stroll will take me to where I may dine and shop. The location is great because it's close to everything you need yet still a quiet place to relax after a long day. If you're searching for a great place to get away, I definitely recommend Lynn's places.

Great unit that was close to transportation. Unit was in a safe area. Unit was clean and well equipped. Our host Brett was easy to get ahold of and represented the unit accurately. Would highly recommend.

Lovely house with good sized rooms and ample facilities. Clean and tidy with a full complement of bedding and towels. Loads of on site parking. Would definitely recommend. Would be good for a couples get together as well as a family visit. Perfect location for the wedding we all attended.

Natalia's place was absolutely first class. The house is first class and has been refurbished to a very very high standard if anyone should try and find a fault with Natalia's they need to seek some professional help.

I had a very comfortable 2 weeks here, working in the City nearby. The building is modern and well-located in a quiet, safe area with great transport links. The apt itself is very modern, well-appointed, superb view (on one of the highest floors possible in London), and fully functional for a long stay. I'll hope to return!

The space has an amazing view and the location was great. The check in information could have been more clear. We were not aware that the laundry room was only available if you book three or more nights or inform the host prior. We would have appreciated this disclosure in advanced. Everything else was fine.

Ana’s place was exceptional, it was homely, clean, and had all the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. The location is close to the train station and there were a few convenience stores nearby. Ana was kind, informative and very responsive. Would stay again Tino :)

Great location in central London - close to lots of cafes, restaurants, pubs. Easy access to public transport - buses and the London Tube. Very nice walking neighborhood. Benedict was responsive and very helpful in answering questions and making suggestions. Enjoyed our 4-night family holiday.

Lovely condo. Was just as beautiful as it appears online. Hosts were very responsive and made our stay very comfortable.

We chanced upon Rebecca and Lee’s place at the very last minute but what a lovely find it turned out to be. They were both really kind and welcoming, and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was a delightful one, even though we booked at extremely short notice. We had such an enjoyable time in the house, and especially loved the living room with its dreamy fairy lights and little extras that make the place feel like a home away from home. It’s even more charming than pictured and we’re really glad to have been able to spend New Year’s in such a tranquil and meditative space. Thanks for having us, Lee and Rebecca :)
