Such an amazing place, we really enjoyed our windows in front of the field with 3 alpacas and a very friendly donkey. Great coffee made by owners, lovely and helpful people. An amazing find. We will definitely be back.

A fabulous country cottage within large gardens including a pretty waterlily pond & beautiful wildflower meadow. Lovely views & country walks on the doorstep. Very welcoming, friendly hosts made us feel at home straight away. Idyllic! The bed was super comfy too! We’d definitely recommend this property & stay again. Thank you Karen & Phil

Brilliant location as we were attending a friend’s wedding at Longstowe Hall. The cottage itself was immaculate and cozy - we felt at home straight away. We were travelling with our baby daughter and the cottage had everything we needed for her. Would definitely recommend and wish we had been able to stay longer.

Perfect for our short stay in Milton Keynes, hut was lovely and was nice to have some tea and biscuit provisions. Easy check in and a beautiful area to be set up at. Hut is right next to the farm house and store. Fortunately we had no noise from either. Overall very pleased, only slight issue was that the bathroom fan wasn't working (or we couldn't work out how to turn it on) so it got very humid in there, some signs of mould but could be related to the fan so I'm sure will get fixed soon.

We returned to this accomodation after staying in it a couple of years ago as we really appreciated the flexible check in and how beautiful the location/ barn were. Extremely peaceful area and very clear instructions on how to find/ get in - would highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Sarah's place. It's tucked away from the road so could have been tricky to find, but the directions were great. Sarah met us at check in and made us feel at home. The apartment itself was clean and bright. There's plenty of natural light and a lovely view over the garden. The living room/kitchen area is much more spacious than the pictures show, which was a pleasant surprise. The location is great to reach the train station and the pub in walking distance was quite nice. The train line is relatively nearby so there is a bit of train noise, but for the space you get, convenience of the location and overall experience, its only a minor thing. The sound didn't keep any of us awake but you could hear the sound of passing trains. We'd definitely stay again and would recommend the place to any friends travelling to the area.

Absolutely perfect venue. Really peaceful and beautiful countryside. Fred and Charlotte responded quickly to every question we had. Would highly recommend visiting for a weekend with friends.

A beautiful place to stay , with so many extras , felt totally private and loved the use of the outdoor seating area and hot tub . Both me & my wife said it had been one of our favourites, note to others book somewhere to eat if travelling at the weekend. The only ‘extras’ we d of liked would have been robes & slippers but that said that’s being picky . A beautiful find .

Honestly the most beautiful place, starting with the warmest of welcomes from Joanna & her gorgeous doggies! To lovely animals, and the most amazing scenery. We spent most of our time taking photos & they have come out amazing in this location. The rooms were spotless and the only thing I would have changed would be I wish I could have stayed longer! I couldn’t recommended this Air BNB enough, we all had the best time, full of relaxing & taking in the location!

We had a really lovely stay, the place is gorgeous and the farm is surrounded by beautiful scenery. The shepherd’s hut itself was homely and peaceful - we had a lovely bbq out in the sun and our host Karen was great! Definitely would recommended - especially for those who like country walks and to be surrounded by greenery and wildlife!

We have just returned home after a week at the barn. We have been extremely impressed with everything and the little extras have made it stand out above several airbnb places we have stayed in over the years. It was very clean and spacious with everything we needed to make a great holiday. Janice and David are very friendly and we’re happy to chat and give us the space to enjoy our holiday at the same time. The surroundings were also perfect for a real relaxing break. All in all I would say that our time there has been perfect and we hope to come again in the future. Thanks again Sarah x

This is our third stay, as we won’t stay anywhere else! Beautiful roomy immaculately presented house in impeccable stunning grounds. Stephanie is the most conscientious and considerate host who goes above and beyond. The proximity to central London and ease of driving there is a mere 25 minutes to Baker Street. By far, all round, the best Airbnb we have stayed in.

Lucy’s accommodation was fantastic! I was in awe with the scenery! Thank you so much for hosting us and looking back to stay again!

What can I say. We were blown away by this setting and superb accommodation. It catered for everything from towels, cutlery, pots, pans ,tea,coffee. The marshmallows were a nice touch too. Lindsey was super informative. Showed is how everything worked. We took our puppy and he absolutely loved the open space woods which are all fenced and safe for dogs. At night all the pretty lights come on and its magical. I would 💯recommend if you want tranquil and chill out time then this place is perfect.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in the Dutch barn and we’re just as pleased this time round. It was exactly as we remembered it - Sophie has been very fast to respond, the space is clean and beautifully laid out. It’s really peaceful and in a great location.

We stayed at the cottage while visiting our new grandson in nearby Woodford Halse. Communications from Victoria were excellent, as were directions. Upon our arrival Victoria came out to greet us and (vitally important) to ask us what we wanted for breakfast! The cottage turned out to be an absolute delight, nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. Our last Airbnb experience in May 2024 was dreadful and it was a relief to have our faith restored. Although the cottage was small, it was perfect for our needs. The bedroom upstairs was cosy and the bed was very comfortable. The downstairs bathroom was nicely appointed and there was plenty of hot water for showers. Although the cottage doesn't have a kitchen as such, Victoria provided a microwave and toaster, plus bread, cereals, tea, milk, coffee etc. Nothing had been overlooked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend both the cottage and our host Victoria unreservedly! Thank you very much Victoria! Andrew & Jayne.

Celebrated our 1 year anniversary and it was absolutely lovely, we are definitely going back! Lynden was so lovely and gave clear instructions that made finding eveything so easy, love our tour of the farm and feeding all the animals that were so friendly! The room was really nice and decorated so beautifully & really appreciated the complimentary snacks. We loved the hot tub, lighting the fire for our marshmallows, and how close the animals got to us! Was a lovely place to stay felt so at home and welcomed, would define my recommend :)

We had a lovely stay at Ian's. The village was lovely and peaceful, and the Airbnb was clean, cosy and exactly as described. Ian was easy to contact and there was good communication. Extra touches, such as a hairdryer and cold water in the fridge made it special and were so handy! Ian was helpful and gave us taxi recommendations, which was much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!!
