The cottage is an outbuilding of the house. Rehabilitated in Sept 2019, you can enjoy the garden, swimming pool (subject to authorization and deposit) and a view of madness. From the peaks of the Ardèche to the foothills of the Vercors... All facing south!!!! The cottage is online on several rental platforms and classifieds sites, the calendar is always up to date. Caution: No WIFI, but 5G is present!! June 2025: A bioclimatic pergola has just arrived!! NO PARTIES!

In the upper Livron, with cobblestone, narrow and steep streets, close to hiking trails and an associative grocery store with local products. We will welcome you upstairs of our house, with private access and the possibility of self check-in. The ground floor is our home, the interior staircase is communicating but partitioned and closed by a door. In the summer, we will share our terrace and pool under our large linden tree. We can store your luggage and bikes.

Refurbished 50 m² apartment! Nice, welcoming, you can fully enjoy and relax with its spa and outdoor pool (in high season and heated if the need arises only for a certain period). This brand new studio has been delicately furnished and my touch. It's the fiber is installed, good connection! Direct view of the small pool (to share) and the beautiful terrace (private). Even if the train passes nearby, it doesn't bother at all! With the advantages of a small town, everything is nearby, a 5-minute drive from the center and Marques Avenue... TV channels and netflix!

St Pierre Drôme farm, cottage, meals, swimming pool

It is located in the beautiful old 18th century farmhouse. It is a very quiet cottage of 50 m2, completely self-contained; You also have a space under an arbor for lunch outside. The pool is accessible to you, in a beautiful garden overlooking the Vercors. Walking tours on leaving and on the Vercors 10 minutes away. Village center minutes away and TGV train station 15 minutes away.

GITE IN MILEU NATURE

Vacation rental classified 3 stars. In a park of more than 3 hectares surrounded by woods, the house overlooks the Vercors to the southeast. You will hear according to the green peak season, hello, owl, toddler... On the site outside the owner's accommodation there is only one cottage. In the absence of neighbors, the park lends itself to naturism for practicers.

Orangerie

Just at the end of the pool, the Orangerie finds its place , facing south, with in front of it the garden cuddled by the light shade of the Tricentenary Olivier! With all the comforts of A/C and heating, a nice little bathroom, a kitchenette, a large friendly studio with a decor mezzanine. The brand new 160 wide sofa bed, from the Sofa House!! Great comfort!

"Au fil des Crêtes" attic/quiet/warm/view

Take the time to stop in the barn, the former hay barn of our farm. Welcoming and spacious, cocooning, between stones and wood, you can rest, read, play, enjoy the wood stove, the calm... The barn is in Drôme des collines on a ridge road, overlooking the Vercors mountain range and the Ardèche mountains. The sunrises and sunsets are magical.
