It is composed with 1 queen size bed, memory foam mattress, 1 couch, 1 TV, free Wifi, separate complete kitchen ( kettle, fridge, microwave, cooker, coffee maker, dishes), separate bathroom (hair dryer) with large bath and WC, wooden deck, swimming pool 8x5m (open from June to September). With an area of 35 m, the bedroom is located on the second floor and the sofa bed is on the mezzanine. On the ground floor, kitchen equipped with everything you need and the bathroom. 2 private terraces at your disposal. In summer you can enjoy our swimming pool until 7 p.m. For late check-ins, a box is located at the entrance to pick up your keys

Charming renovated 28 m² quiet cottage (duplex studio) adjoining our house in the countryside between Poitiers and Châtellerault. Ideally located 15 min from Futuroscope , 10 min. from Lake and Golf de St Cyr. You have the private Jacuzzi from May to September only, the pool to share with the owners. TV, dishwasher, WiFi (remote work possible) direct access to the forest that borders the cottage with hiking and mountain biking trails. Linens and towels are provided.
