The house is situated on the site of an old 15th Century chateau and stud farm in more than 40 acres of beautiful countryside and lovely walks. Stunning en-suite bathroom and luxury kitchen. King sized bed with orthopedic mattress and Egyptian linens. All towels, including pool towels provided Sofa bed to provide for 2 additional guests.

With an area of 35 m, the bedroom is located on the second floor and the sofa bed is on the mezzanine. On the ground floor, kitchen equipped with everything you need and the bathroom. 2 private terraces at your disposal. In summer you can enjoy our swimming pool until 7 p.m. For late check-ins, a box is located at the entrance to pick up your keys

Charming rural gite, shared use of pool/games room

La Maison Mignonne is renovated stone cottage, situated in a quiet hamlet in the Haute-Vienne region of South West France. It has been sympathetically restored, combining traditional character with contemporary comfort. There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two singles), bathroom (with bath and shower), and open plan lounge-kitchen downstairs. All mod cons are provided: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, wood-burning stove, TV.

Large designer loft with pool (near Futuroscope)

Large independent design loft of 180 m2 with outdoor space of 100 m2 in a renovated old wine cellar (artist's house). You will relax by the fireplace, share a friendly moment thanks to the large breakfast table, its fully equipped kitchen and the comfort of its beds in the bedroom or mezzanine (1 m under the ceiling). 1 to 14 people. Very nice house, with pool, terrace with dining area and large plancha, ideal for groups of friends or families. Large lawn for ball games, kite flying, or other. Wooded garden with hammocks, slide, swings and trampoline. Located in a village, 45 minutes from the Futuroscope and the Loire Valley castles, with 5 bedrooms for 2 to 5 people, it is in a quiet area. Exclusively non-smoking and no pets. I practice French Sign Language a little.
