This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. There is a beautiful view from every part of the villa.

Beautiful spacious studio with a separate bedroom and lots of light. Not facing parking lot! Facing a quiet outdoor space. Hi Speed WiFi, meters from the beach and minutes from spectacular Golden Mile and Los Cristianos, with all the shopping, restaurants and entertainment they offer. Our location is unique: we are by a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach. Uncommon, since many other areas would only offer a rock beach or the port. Bonus: being so close to the sea there are no steep walks uphill.

Beach. Holidays in a Beautiful cozy place.

A perfect location for a vacation by the ocean. The apartment is located in the Torres del Sol complex, in one of the best neighborhoods in the south of Tenerife. Just a few minutes away are Las Vistas Beach, the promenade, restaurants, and cafes. The “Golden Mile” with shops is nearby, and the Mercadona supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. There are two swimming pools and a cafe bar on the property. You can forget about the car and just enjoy your vacation.

On the beach

Very rare: apartment with direct access to the beach, parking space, 3 rooms, 70 m², seawater pool, large terrace with sea view in a small, quiet and secure one-story residence. The sandy beach is very clean and equipped with showers. It was renovated in 2022 and is very well equipped: washing machine, dishes and an oven. It is extremely well located between Los Christianos and Las Americas with food shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance.
