Our location is unique: we are by a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach. Uncommon, since many other areas would only offer a rock beach or the port. Bonus: being so close to the sea there are no steep walks uphill.

Splendid apartment in Las Vistas Beach, between Los Cristianos and Las Americas. It has 2 double-bed bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern and bright living room and an open-space kitchen, fully furnished and equipped. It also has a huge terrace with a bench, a table, chairs and two hammocks overlooking the ocean and the swimming pool. The complex is very quiet, there are two elevators and free parking in the street. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and a laundry room in the same building.

A perfect location for a vacation by the ocean. The apartment is located in the Torres del Sol complex, in one of the best neighborhoods in the south of Tenerife. Just a few minutes away are Las Vistas Beach, the promenade, restaurants, and cafes. The “Golden Mile” with shops is nearby, and the Mercadona supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. There are two swimming pools and a cafe bar on the property. You can forget about the car and just enjoy your vacation.
