Cozy apartment, great location, in addition to the seaside fair that is in front, several restaurants, gas stations and market all very close, very organized and I needed assistance for the Internet and Jairo gave assistance. The street can be a little noisy, but just close the door, which seals the sound well, doors seal the street light well inside the property too, I highly recommend the accommodation.

The house is a well located, close to the square, church, commerce, beach, we managed to do everything on foot, the friendly neighborhood, the host always ready to answer our questions and help us. The house is old, spacious, has a garage, it is noticed that it is newly renovated and prepared to meet the needs of those who inhabited it. The kitchen is super equipped, has a wonderful shower. Hello, I spent 7 days with my family at João's house and it was just wonderful. The house perfectly matches the photos. It is spacious, ventilated, has comfortable beds, and a swimming pool that is always clean and well-kept. But the icing on the cake of the stay was hiring Nice's service. What a polite, helpful, kind woman. It makes you feel at home, cooking a little bit of everything with love. They always have a smile on their face. A real gift of the stay. The house is large, and the rooms are comfortable. In the kitchen, the owner has several utensils, making it easy to prepare food. The swimming pool is reasonably large. The owner and the caretakers were very attentive, kind and proactive. I would definitely stay there a second time.

The house is located in a condominium of small ranches. It has everything from kitchen utensils, a nice space and a very large balcony. The place is quite wooded, which provides a feeling of tranquility and peace. Great for those who want to de-stress and rest. The host Angela is helpful, very attentive to all the details, giving us all the directions on how to get to the place, answering all our questions. I also can't fail to mention Mr. Djair, who takes care of the house and welcomed us very well upon our arrival.

The balcony is very nice and leaves the apt quite ventilated. In the kitchen, it had all the utensils we need. Anyway, it was a great stay with comfort and safety. Valeu lot!!!

My family really enjoyed the accommodation, we had easy communication with the host, very pleasant accommodation, very beautiful and quiet resort, great for children and pets, well-equipped apartment and very close to the beach access, we just think that it was lacking in cleanliness, mainly in the kitchen, and that would be a point of improvement.

Spacious apartment, with two bedroom suites and all with air conditioning. Kitchen equipped with the necessary utensils we need. Very clean apartment, very good condominium, very clean and safe. The listing images match what is advertised. Recreation area for children and adults. Another thing I loved, is that inside the condominium there is also a grocery store where you can buy everything you need right there, without having to travel to do your shopping, which makes it much easier. I also couldn't fail to mention Adenilson, who was very helpful. I didn't know him personally, but he was a good person, and whenever I talked to him, he responded quickly. In short, our accommodation was excellent and I will definitely return.
