I highly recommend it, the best location I've ever stayed in, with everything nearby and the convenience of walking. Safe place near the supermarket, restaurants, hamburger shop, pharmacy, with a view of the sea. The host was very polite and requested. The apartment accommodated and met our needs.

Perfect location! Pleasant, quiet neighborhood, decor and amenities available better than many 4-star hotels. Location that is not far from the waterfront, but also not close enough to be bothered by traffic, for example. You can walk to the beach and there are good beach huts near the apartment's street. The host was super helpful, sending directions, which were visited and really worth it. When I return to Fortaleza, I will definitely stay at João's place!

We stayed in this apartment for more than 2 weeks. Everything was perfect for us. Washing machine with tumble dryer worked great, so you didn't have to look for a laundry. Showers and air conditioning as well as all kitchen appliances worked perfectly. The beds + mattresses of both bedrooms are of high quality. We felt at home and almost didn't want to leave. Wi-fi works very well I recommend the home The resort is complete, very friendly staff and a very positive point was the possibility of entering the Beach Park before the general public. We went on a Monday and the park was quiet.

The house is rustic and is constantly visited by hummingbirds and other birds. We hear the sound of the sea early in the morning when we wake up. The stay was wonderful! Gabriel is a super kind and helpful host. When we arrived, we came across the clean, organized and cozy place. As we rented the carnival only what bothered us was the sound walls that ended at 9:30 pm, as the house is in the square where the party takes place. But nothing that would harm our wonderful stay and certainly on other dates is even better. On the whole we love and our family also the children had a lot of fun in the wonderful swimming pool and space of the house. We will definitely come back more often! Someone Without Fear!!! House exactly as in the description, we were very welcome, it was a wonderful stay. We were in 11 people and the space was good. The comfortable accommodations, the clean and very beautiful space.

The house is located in a condominium of small ranches. It has everything from kitchen utensils, a nice space and a very large balcony. The place is quite wooded, which provides a feeling of tranquility and peace. Great for those who want to de-stress and rest. The host Angela is helpful, very attentive to all the details, giving us all the directions on how to get to the place, answering all our questions. I also can't fail to mention Mr. Djair, who takes care of the house and welcomed us very well upon our arrival.

Roberto and Mychele's apartment is better than the ad, because the location is perfect in a resort with all the amenities at our disposal, and next to the beach park, which was my interest. It has basic items to make all meals if you don't want to go to a restaurant. It has a market nearby. Communication, cleanliness, comfort, conservation, everything excellent. I recommend it for those who want days of fun or rest, the resort is also excellent. I advise you to buy the ticket for beach park, paying attention to the days it works.
