Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Country vacation

This pretty country house typical of the area awaits you to stay in the heart of a quiet and rural hamlet. Ideally located (10 km) between two lakes, Baye and Merle (supervised beach, canoeing, paddle boarding, playground, mountain biking, fishing, etc.) and on Saint Jacques de Compostelle. Activities: boat or bike along the canal, walking or mountain biking in the forest. Visit Nevers, Veselay, Pougues-les-Eaux, Cosne-sur-Loire… Entertainment: Le Pal (amusement park and zoo), Magny-Cours circuit, Rugby

Located 2 hours from Paris and in close proximity to many charming villages and medium sized towns. Enjoy activities for all ages such as forest walks, swimming at the nearby lake, wine tasting, hiking, tree climbing etc Boulangery, charcuterie, supermarket and wine bar at 3 km from the house.

The Pond Farm

Le Nid du Chardonneret is conveniently located close to the Étangs de Baye et Vaux (500 m walk) and the Canal du Nivernais. Right near plenty of outdoor activities. View of the lake. Located at the gateway to the Morvan and many tourist attractions (Guédelon Medieval Village, Vézelay, Tannay and Pouilly vineyards, Compierre archaeological site, etc.), this property will make a great base for exploring the region. Perfect for nature lovers! Anglers/hikers… Very quiet.

Terrace on the water, chestnut cottage

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

On the island: an enchanting place to "pause"

This master house shares its courtyard with an oil mill in Donzy and its charm will not leave you indifferent. It is majestically situated on the river. We recently renovated it, preserving its authenticity and character, it will be ideal for a few days with family or friends, close to Pouilly and Sancerre, close to the Château de Guédelon. 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a friendly living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces. Chaumot is located 2.5 hours from Paris, 3 km from Corbigny, a small dynamic town with many shops, 2 supermarkets and restaurants, and a market on Friday. 300 m away, the Yonne and the canal with its marina.
